The hotel is on a huge beach but I preferred the pool and really fun Tiki bar. They had live entertainment at night and drink prices were very reasonable and the food was AWESOME. I would highly reccommend the hotel to adults that want to have a good time or a family looking for a great value and a lot of fun.

My husband and I stayed in an ocean view room and paid almost $500. The room was old and inhabited by the largest cockroaches I have ever seen. When we let the front desk staff know, they simply told us to have a pleasant day. I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this run down beach front hotel.

I have stayed at this small hotel every winter for the last 8 years. I liked the location and the beach area. The hotel continues to go downhill each year. Stayed for 6 nights in January. The place was grimy from the hallway through the main entrance to the sidewalks in the interior perimeter and the floor of our poolside room. There have been no updates since our first started visiting. The bathroom has chipped sinks and the headboards are wobbly. Room service is sketchy, not asking for a thorough cleaning every day but trash was not emptied and towels were hard to get. The floor was swept 1 time. We tipped the service staff and never complained. They were friendly, just inefficient. Front desk staff was not even friendly. I know the pandemic has caused issues for all businesses, but the decline started before covid. I'm sad that I won't be back next year.

Some parts of this hotel were great. Big spotless rooms overlooking the pool, nice bed. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 drinks at the bar and the so-so appetizers during happy hour. The location was right on the beach, quite a ways back from the water. Some were not great - Super ugly dark 2000s furniture, horrible (and I mean horrible) coffee for $3 a cup, we wanted to play shuffle board and they would only check out the pucks for a $25 CASH fee (we didn't have cash so no shuffle board.) Also, WHY DO HOTELS INSIST ON SHOWING POLITICAL CABLE CHANNELS IN THE LOBBY? What better way to make you feel unwelcome. The band at the tiki restaurant gasped through the tired boomer canon of tunes (Mustang Sally, Born to be Wild, etc). Coffee tip - walk over to the 7-11 a few doors down. The 2 women working there could not have been nicer and more upbeat!

Really good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment style varied but all were very. Lastly the staff was very friendly and outgoing which make this a very fun place to stay. We highly recommend staying here as a family, couples retreat or friends get-a-way
