Great spacious rooms and good communication with owners. Place was overall pretty clean and the beds were comfortable Bathroom was nicely kept and all the appliances worked. There was breakfast in the morning which was very nice. Also the free WiFi was a bonus

We came to Hotel Fedora for 2 nights during a trip to Italy. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from for the money! I had a peaceful sleep. Internet access is intermittent, but we had a great stay. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Hidden fee and stone cold heart staff hungry to cash, broken flush, moldy smell room, and very annoying street location no chance to sleep at all. Family holiday to Florence for only one night stay. informed check in at 8pm due traffic delay and no response until next day morning said a 20€ cash extra payment because reception finished at 7pm. Arrived at 7:45 and called for check in, a night staff hungrily asking for cash, no cash no check in, refused card payment, refused payment next morning before check out, but there was a card machine over the desk. Running in the very wet night to ATM to get cash for him. Family was exhausted and baby was crying in the car. Staff did not care about exhausted guests but only cash. Room is really old and full of moldy smell, flush broken and need to flush with shower head. Very annoying street location, old fashion window could not close, no chance to sleep at all. Total cost 183.41 plus 20 extra for two adults and 4ys old. Terrible experience even.

Be careful - I know it is 2 star hotel so I did not expected much but this was real disappointment. We picked this hotel because the picture on booking com looked nice - I do not mind simple room and old furniture, I need the room to be clean (shower... something you do not want to step in). We picked the room because hotel say they have parking = or they can arrange is parking. Be careful - what they do is that after several messages sent they send me name of public parking - they do not arrange anything and you have to pay for sure. I do not like when hotel lie on what service they do for you! Communication was extremely difficult - I had to ask several times and never got real answer, and what I got was 6 hrs after we checked in. Finally I have been said I booked and got superior room - well make your own opinion on what we got. Definitely compare the other pictures our room was definitely not superior.. May be got punished that I have contacted *********** to help me with communication with the hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Hotel pauroso, l’ho definirei proprio così. Ambiente poco accogliente, lugubre, la pavimentazione degli anni 40 tutta sporca, sotto il letto era pieno di polvere, comodini indecenti e per non parlare del bagno che qui bisogna dire “ igene 0” box doccia inesistente, bisognava appoggiare i piedi sul pavimento e per lo più la persiana era ROTTA una volta chiusa non si poteva più aprire e anche quella piena di polvere. Il letto era un FINTO matrimoniale, erano due lettini singoli uniti tra loro. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE di andare ad alloggiare lì se non vi volete ritrovare a “ Hotel da incubo” Abbiamo inoltre parlato con il proprietario per il cambio della stanza ma c è stato detto “ che non era possibile spostarsi, inoltre non c’è stata data l’opportunità di andarcene perché non era possibile il rimborso. In conclusione non ci tornerò MAI più, si spaccia per 2 stelle ma sembra un ostello.
