I booked my stay here for 2 reasons: free breakfast and swimming pool. When we got there, the pool was shut down. The lobby was completely locked, and no breakfast. All communications were down through the night window. I paid ahead of time, and still had to pay a $100 non refundable deposit when i arrived. I checked out a full day early because i was so disappointed. I did not get even 1 oenny refunded. I contacted corporate, and they were no help. Do not waste your money here.

Only stay here if you can’t afford anywhere else. I was solo and didn’t care but will not stay here again. Paper thin walls. Bed is terrible. Towels are paper thin and small. No breakfast due to Covid? Really? It’s Sept 2023.
Location is good, we’ll lit. Ac works but super loud, at least it distracted from guests next door talking loudly at 2am.
Aubrey’s is just 2 blocks away and a great choice for meal. McDonald’s is across the street.

Room had an old smell to it, bathtub was aged and not updated, if I had to do over would go somewhere else.

Couldn’t find any rooms in the area and it was after 9 PM at night everything was booked up and we had children with us. We called first because we were just across the parking lot and they said they had 2 rooms available for $93 each. We went inside to check in (2 minutes later) and he then said the rate was $128. Even after we explained that he just talked to us he still wouldn’t budge on the rate. We caved and checked in anyway because we were all so tired. Rooms were disgusting!! Still had someone else’s belongings in it! Both ice machines were broken and had been for what appeared to be a long time. Pool was abandoned and looked like a swamp. There was NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST NOT EVEN COFFEE! As a matter of fact, the lobby is kept locked and you have to be buzzed in. Do not stay here it’s awful!

Good value. Friendly front desk at midnight check in. The room was very hot and humid and took over an hour to get the humidity down. I would stay again. Needs some updating

This was a dated motel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds were a little firm. But overall for the price I would stay here again.

Room had gnats, mold in the bathrooms, smelled sweaty.
Outside, a man tried to get me to go out with him and he was so aggressive about it to the point I felt uncomfortable with us being directly inside of my door.

We had to ring various bells and wait for service to check in(there was no lines and lobby was locked) lock in door did not work (our small child had no issues unlocking and opening door), toilet was not properly cleaned and furniture had missing pieces. Would only visit again as last resort

I was given a room key and a woman was already in the room. It was 11 at night and me trying to come in really scared her. As I went to fix the issue and get another room another guest warned me of bed bugs. The receptionist was kind enough to give me a refund.

worst experience, upon arriving found lobby locked down permantly, had to go to a little window and ring a buzzer and wait over 5 minutes for someone to show up, should have left right then, room was filthy, especially around sink, hairs and dirty, woke up next morning to no coffee maker in room, go to office, no coffee, breakfast, or help around again, had to leave and go down street to get coffee for us and come back

The heater never got the temp in the room above 55 to 60° Ended up having to run the shower with the hot water only just to get the room temp up to a tolerable temp. The floor was dirty and sticky. The side walls was covered with ice all the way around except for the front side. I would recommend informing future guests about the security deposit by updating the info on all booking site platforms. It’s not good business to inform guests of the deposit upon their arrival. And to future guests don’t pay the security deposit with a debit card bc the hotel isn’t capable of putting the deposit back by issuing a return credit. Debit cards will get charged the $50 twice once when you pay at check in and out nice when the hotel attempts to do a return refund. My bank said all 3 attempts they made to issue the return refund where coming thru s $50 charges. On the bright side the bed was very comfortable and clean and all in all it was better than sleeping in my car. Have a blessed day.
