1. reception attitude - The reception tried to fight to us. They threaten on us. I will tell you detail below. This hotel looks like having no policy or education for communication with customer. the man and woman working at night in reception this hotel shows the worst attitude in my experience. My girl friend visits here during this staying. When she visit here last time, they ask her copy of ID card so we do it. And this time they want to take ID card itself, not the copy. So my friend ask them that I want copy of it because staying serveral nights, not real ID card. And they say no. She ask again. And suddenly, the man starts to threat my friend. I heard later because they talk with thai language. He treat on her very impolitly with something bad words. For about 15 mimutes conversation, I say to him "please calm down, why should you do it like this", He now start to thread on me, the customer. I still remember his very irritating face. How to end this situation? We do not want to fight. My friend bow and apologize to the receptionist. For doing that about 10 minitues, we can escape that moment. Of course, our feeling was all destroyed. From my life, this is first unsatisfactory experience. I was even do not angry, just in panic. this review is for 1 day, but we stayed long days and this was plus extension on my staying I was in here for 10 years and many days, so called regular customer. But lots of changing in a bad way to the customer. From now on. I must say good bye this hotel. 2. air-con condition air-con cannot cover the room at all. That is so very hot. Just take an advantage of absense of air-con. Do not expect air-con performance 3. Location 7-11 is walking distance of 15 minutes. location is between sai 3 and buakaho street. Cannot recommend if you are new here. If you visit this city many times, I rather recommend you take balt or motorbkike rent. Cannot go anywhere by walk. Far from beach 4. Old-fashioned This hotel is not only old-fashioned, but also just old. Everything in the room never changed and going to getting old and old. Before, I can accept this because this hotel was cheap. Not price changed. 5. Price They increase price almost more than 20% recently. Now I can find any better hotel by considering the price. The only advantage is gone now. 6. Receptonist was bubbly and friendly until a week into my stay I asked about getting a taxi to the bus terminal in Pattaya to get a bus to take me to Ekkamai, Bangkok.A place across the road was recommended at 250 baht. Thinking this was steep i found out Bolt only charged 54 baht for the same trip.I asked why she recommended the more expensive alternative. Her reaction was furious.All the bubliness went out the window despite my attempt to make peace.

I rented a room 5 days for family friends as 2 adults and a child. First up was questioning if it were 3 people. Well children under a certain age don’t count. There should be no question. Next up was a 1,000 baht cash room key deposit for a fully paid in advance room. This was a common key and in no way costs more than 50 baht to replace. This is not the Hilton and even they would not hold that much if anything at all. Ok not inside the room. No way that room was cleaned since it’s been vacant. The floor was clearly dirty. In the bathroom was 1 bar of that tiny sliver soap. What are 3 people going to do with a bar that’s barely adequate for 1 person. Next up the tissue on the desk. One piece remaining. Again resupplying and cleaning obviously wanted throughly done. The air conditioner was also in needed of maintenance. It provided almost no cooling. Ok the good parts. The room was spacious. There is an elevator unlike some other D properties. There is a microwave available in the lobby. The price is decent. The location is kind of centralized. It’s much closer to 3rd road than Soi Baukhow. Big C is near. Soi Baukhow is fairly near. You can walk to Central Festival or the beach road in about 10-14 minutes.

何泊かしました。料金が安いです。その分立地は少々不便ですがパタヤビーチまで歩いて15分くらいです。ソイブッカオまでは5分くらいでした。 部屋は38平米と広いです。トイレットペーパーと使い捨てのシャンプー類があります。シャワーもお湯がでました。バルコニーが良かったです。椅子は無く狭いですが洗濯物干すラックがあるのは評価高いです。ホテルの向かいには1回30バーツの洗濯機があります。(要洗剤) 夜は向かいにレストランやバーなどがあるため2時過ぎに酔っ払いの声がたまに聞こえました。 屋上にはプールがあるようでタオルも貸し出ししています。ツリータウン周辺の騒がしさが苦手な人におすすめのホテルです。立地が離れている分くつろげるホテルでした。

ソイブッカオから少し離れてサードロード近くにあります。チェックインはカード渡しでデポジットはありませんでした。部屋は広めですが、シャワーカーテンのすそが汚れて交換されてなかったり、ソファーがありますがシミがいくつか付いていて不潔な感じがしたので座りませんでした。屋上にプールがあるのと従業員がフレンドリーな点がプラスでしょうか。他にいいホテルがあるかもしれないので再訪は微妙です。
