The room is ok but the service is very poor, Especially the night shift receptionist was very rude. Wifi is a bit quite slow on that day.

My friend and I decided to visit vietnam for a month and our trip started from all the way in Hanoi, from Hanoi to Dang Nang, then last stop is Ho Chi Minh city. And we have stayed in 3 different hotels before coming here , the jade hotel, the Hilton and landmark. It really disappointed to see how rude the people here are, they’re not helpful but also very cunning. I asked them to help us order a grab to a restaurant very nicely and they started to mumbling in Vietnamese towards eachother while giving us a very dirty looks. Another occasion is when we accidentally left my wallet and the key on the bed in the room so my friend asked me to run back and get it. But the male staff working that night shift was extremely rude (Thursday night 9/15) and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. When we got back, it looks like someone have went inside our room. Today I could not find my glasses any where. We’re very disappointed. We have been to many areas of Vientiane and stayed my many places but The White hotel definitely eat the cake when it comes to the worst staff, the least helpful and very dishonest staff to Say the least.
