We arrived last minute and the owner welcomed us. We stayed in a beautiful cottage that had the most wonderful view of the mountains and the white standing Buddha. Chiang Dao is full of beautiful things to visit and this was close to all the good things like the cave temple and the mountains. The cottages were traditional and full of charm with hand painted art details. Good breakfast was included which was a real bonus. Wonderful staff who looked after us with warm smiles. We also loved all the animals, especially the lovely cats.
