We booked to stay at Westone Manor Hotel for 4 nights but due to a family emergency, we have to leave a day early and did not receive a refund. We asked to be moved from our first room, 513,and we were given a room on a lower floor, 404.This room was in a poor condition ,with a TV that didn't work and we were moved again to 402. The rooms need an overhaul and the grounds , in some places, looked very neglected. The rooms were very noisy, doors banging late at night and we had very little sleep. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Excellent Stay at Westone Manor Hotel The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Location conveniently close to the town center, and also visited Silverstone Circuit which was nearby Definitely recommended

We stayed for three nights as part of a family trip to enjoy the British F1 Grand Prix (Lando Norris won - hooray! Lewis Hamilton didn't - boo!). I found the hotel to be a centre of tranquility and peace. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the staff polite and very helpful (the manager, a gentleman named Stalin, was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and he was a charming and knowledgeable host). The dining room was well stocked, the menu diverse, and the food delicious, of outstanding quality and fresh. Overall an excellent experience and one I and the family will repeat next year at the 2026 F1 GP. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great! The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant experience.
