What ever you do, don't book the triple room on offer on ***********, I did for 5 nights but when you get to the hotel they refused to honor it unless you pay at least double. As you pay on card your stuck with whatever they offer you, trying to get a refund is a nightmare and trying to deal with booking by email when in a foreign country is awful as was there customer service, they tried to offer me a budget double without a window but after making a scene we got a double with a window in a different hotel across the road, the room itself was adequate with a fridge and kettle but wasn't the big triple I'd booked, the offer is still on *********** and on reddoorz but does not exist, we have notified both but still no action taken to rectify the error, save the headache and hassle and book somewhere else
