酒店雖然評級為五星級酒店，但這是當地評級，和中國或者國際評分的2星都沒有。設施老舊，房間裏面有蒼蠅，床單和浴巾發黑，空調吵的和在飛機上睡覺一樣，地毯也是暗紅色的看起來也不乾淨。這裏最大的優勢可能在於距離機場近，距離機場二十多分鐘，但屬於機場旁的高速公路邊，無法步行去市區，衹能坐車，十分侷限。餐食是平均水平，不好不壞。強烈不推薦來這裏。

The hotel is very good. All staff are professional,rooms are clean. I think about that if i come to Cairo next time i will stay here again. I satyed here 10 days and when i need help everyone came in time. Thank you for everything. Actually 5 stars hotel.

I like the hospitality, the rooms are good especially with the view on the swimming pool. It's a good place for holidays. Being close to airport and close to the CFC Mall rendered my stay easy and enjoyable. It has as well good facilities for sport, incl tenis courts.
