Never use it ... Nothing good here. They dont care . Reality is different then photo.Day before, no response by email nor phone from the hostel when I needed to double check about the check-in process.

From my hostel experiences, so far the worse. Day before, no response by email nor phone from the hostel when I needed to double check about the check-in process. Bad beginning… travelling from Cádiz to Faro by car! Let’s the adventure begin. I arrived in beautiful Faro, such sunny day. I parked in front of the hotel and the atmosphere was fine with old foreign chaps sitting outside at the front door singing, happy vibes, drinking, yeah it was nice and I walked in to the hostel toward the backyard where the reception was. No one was there. I just sit down and took photos of the blue lagoon. Then I asked a guy who was sitting around and he looked for the receptionist, a nice guy. The thing I did not have any COVID-19 docs and he could not let me stay so I was disappointed because I did not see any info displayed online and no answer when I tried to avoid that situation, but nothing to do so I was happy to leave truly.. Although next day, I went back to ask if they charged me the whole price when I did not stay… and I just popped in the wc downstairs next to the kitchen and living room and discover such a mess, the kitchen sink and the table had plenty of dirty dishes, the bin full of empty beer cans, bottles, rubbish on the floor. The living room covered in a dusty thick veil, cigarettes on the floor and other disgusting staff. The WC... Conclusion: I was so relieved I did not sleep in. A clean place where to stay. This is not a right one and not recommended at all.

Great hostel right on the beach, very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff, a special mention to Dennis and hydra for making my time a memorable one. I had a great time here would definitely recommend booking.
