We've travelled most of Turkey now and other countries, have stayed in some tired looking places that need a bit of TLC but never have I been as disappointed, angry, ill, stressed and upset as I have on this holiday! I've kept it as brief as I can: The room: Dirty on arrival and throughout! Getting into bed after a shower with black feet Fridge mouldy, stinks, full of ice, tripping electric! Once informed, the fridge was turned off to fix the electric (which was done with no effort and couldn't understand it was the electric card/key in the machine also not working), the fridge wasn't switched back on so the ice melted throughout day whilst out. Reception gave me a mop and bucket after asking (the mop too big for bucket to be able to squeeze water out of) I decided to mop the room myself as this was not done on arrival or when bought to their attention, same clump of hair and dust in the same corner after 3 days... water was black and full of black hair (not our colour hair) Fridge continued to defrost so used towels whilst out to stop flooding and when back, the disgusting dirty towels from the floor were THROWN in the wardrobe to be used again! Still hadn't been changed the following day after leaving them to be changed with the dirty bedsheets left in the room from 4 days before! Asked another two times for clean towels, this then took another hour, putting behind our evening showers and having to use one small hand towel between 2 of us, to also dry our hair! Toilet broken, coming away from the floor Shower head broken and full of black mould, attachment to wall for shower also broken Shower cubicle dirty Door handle broken - took 3 days to fix, lock did not work and inside of door remained unfixed Male staff member walks in and around apartment after 2 knocks (less than 5 seconds to answer the door) as we were getting dressed! Obviously I was not happy about this and complained. This lead to having paper signs hung on each door handle which read "do not disturb", this stopped the room from being cleaned Do not feel safe in bottom apartment - no sleep! Noisy No safe No equipment in self catering Kitchen cupboards gave a horrendous smell Dressing table, no stool to sit at it? No furniture in bedroom apart from bed and wardrobe My parents apartment was flooded by garden sprinklers, this took a while to be addressed and the curtain was not fixed from it falling down due to how heavy it was from the water after asking multiple times for this to be fixed Rest of hotel: Most staff do not speak English, some not even speaking Turkish! Staff are rude, rolls eyes, huffs at you, cries at difficult situations or laughs at our serious/upsetting moments! The new English lady (Barbara) employed to pass on messages/complaints etc. Was very thoughtful, understanding, agreed with complaints and dealt with them however, the jobs she could not do and passed onto manager, was not listened to either! No child locks/gates/fences outside windows on middle,

Absolutely awful ! We knew we were booking a budget hotel so weren’t expecting the ritz ! Negatives .. Air con doesn’t work properly, can’t get it below 21 - asked for 2 days for a new remote then that didn’t work either It’s a self catering apartment with 1 bowl and 2 plates for a family of 4 Frezer can’t be used as it’s iced over Slide is supposed to be on from 10am-12pm then 2pm-4pm however this doesn’t happen it was on and off every 20 mins for some reason, there was no issues with it ,the “pool guy” kept turning it on and off. Then today we came to our room at 5pm , got changed , went for food, came back at 7:30pm and someone had been in our room! How do we know?? There was a pair of males shoes in our bedroom! Absolutely freaked my partner out. I took them to reception and told them and they basically laughed and found it funny, I asked them to check cctv etc but got no explanation. Positives …. I’m still thinking 100% would not recommend.

Nice affordable family hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good pool for the kids with a waterslide. Easy access to town center and aswell as the beach on only 10 minutes walk. Resturants and shops just outside the door

I like the slides and the pool, the people that work here and the nice city with stores and nice resturants that got lots of nice foode and the jdjdjdosnsjdlbdjdbdiddkdnkdhudonvdobdjdbvdondybldheldbdkn

This is Atilla is very missing papaya hotel and good food I think so the holiday in this hotel perfect excellence specially the food room clean and service I wish for everybody to come to this hotel to make holiday thank you for all staff very kind serviceI wish to come back again
