Stayed 3 nights. Customer service is fantastic. Very friendly. The only negatives are 21st floor rooms are warm and air conditioning only set to 16c. The TV has hundreds of channels. No English speaking. It would be nice to have an English channel. No shampoo. The shower has a combo liquid soap and shampoo, but it ran out on last day. The hotel shuttle costs 30 euros each way. Normally hotel has complementary airport shuttle. The best part of this hotel was the breakfast restaurant on the 19th floor. Absolutely the best selection and value in my decades of travel. In summary, hotel needs work. But would stay here again.

Plus: - Breakfast had a huge selection - Room was big - Sauna Minus: - Hotel was undergoing some renovation - Elevator too slow and especially in the morning when everyone eats breakfast, the elevator takes like 15 minutes. - Fitness room consist of a broken bike training machine and 3 hand weights. - Bathroom looks like from the 60'ies. Unattractive style and it doesn't even match the rooms where most of the rooms has been modernized. - There is a sound in the room that bothers me, its a whistle sound due to air pressure flow going through the windows.

Clean and functional hotel, easy to reach , Good Connection to all directions especially to Frankfurtall technical equipment available, friendly staff, all technical equipment available, tv w-Lan, al ittle less Noise would be appreciated

Ich war schon öfter hier und das Personal war immer sehr nett, tolles Frühstück im 19.Stock, Raucherzimmer, Parkplätze vorhanden, tolle Aussicht, alle Zimmer mit Balkon, Zimmer sehr groß, immer wieder gern,

Ich bin mindestens einmal im Monat im Hotel. Es gefällt mir sehr gut, alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es liegt für mich sehr zentral.
