Clean and nice enough. Did have an odd odor in the rooms tho (masking smoke??). Had smudges on the bed sheet after housekeeping but was given fresh sheets. Clean otherwise. Good bathroom.

I did not like the fact they didn't tell us they had no hot water and they didn't offer for a free nite r refund our money

The only problem i experienced was not much hot water for a shower on Sunday morning,didn’t have any of the breakfast but it looked like a nice selection

Friendly, competent staff. Comfortable room. Quiet. Decent breakfast. Reasonable rate. Closed Outdoor pool only was disappointing.

The room was clean and adequate. But, the bath tub faucet kept dripping, the sink cold water valve only allowed a slow flow of water, the toilet seat was loose and I had to open the toilet tank lid to stop the flow of filling water once.

The tub had the remnants of some sort of adhesive that made it look grey and unclean. It was probably clean, but didn’t look that way. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast waffles were good. The bed was comfy.

The staff was friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again. Very outdated and needs repairs. The bathtub was gross and barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the shower head. The beds are not comfortable and you can feel the springs. For the money I paid for one night I could have easily stayed somewhere nicer.

Breakfast was fine—plenty of choices. Clean, comfortable room. We will return.

Easy to find right off RT80 in Ohio. Nice staff, clean room and decent breakfast

There was no hot water no heat however staff was great

Everything was great! Handicap accessible Pets parking food close by

OLD!!! Old carpets. Only allow elevator for floors three and above. We were put on floor 2, only rooms available and had to haul luggage to second floor. We are in mid seventies. We are able bodied and can climb stairs but how can you limit elevators by floor? A bit discriminatory. No notice of this when reservation made. Given reason was elevator is small. That makes no sense at all. I had to go back a couple times for items I forgot in car. I was a little upset by time I climbed stairs for fourth time. Make that five as I had to go back to first floor to get ice. Definitely would not stay here again.
