Wonderful dinner at Grand Plettenberg Bay. The restaurant is beautiful with great atmosphere, we were there on a cold evening and the fire places were all lit which made it so welcoming. The food was well prepared and presented and absolutely delicious! The staff were all very friendly and professional and Asanda took such good care of us! Thank you for a really lovely experience! I look forward to going back!

Grand Africa rooms was such a pleasant Stay Bianca went over and above to make our stay memorable. as well as front desk. It was a cold weekend and staff ensured we could stay warm by the outdoor fire. Food was lovely and Rooms are kept clean

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: - Had previously made a booking on ***********. The hotel took all the money initially. I had free cancellation and cancelled weeks before the booking was to take place. The money has never been refunded. I've emailed numerous times now trying to sort this and no-one is contacting me back. But I know I'm contacting the correct email as they replied the very first time and now are ignoring me and not refunding my money. I did stay at the hotel but booked this directly through the hotel. So I've now paid twice for my stay and want my initial payment refunded. We had a lovely stay in Grand Africa. The hotel is just wonderful. Very different and uniquely decorated. Our room was fab with a big balcony and separate bathroom area with huge double shower and big bath etc.! Lovely bath robes and slippers were provided. We only had breakfast at the property. It was lovely but you were only able to order one thing from the menu so not like your typical hotel where you can have fruits and cereal and hot food. Which was disappointing. Other than that we didn't eat or drink at the hotel. The beds were comfy and the tv worked well. The views looked like they would have been lovely but we didn't have very good weather which was a shame. The lady at reception was helpful and friendly. Parking outside was convenient. The location was on the main street which was super convenient to everything! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Funky Room with great view. Beautiful sunrise from the balcony of the room. We stayed in the Bathhouse room. It was very big and spacious. Good value fo Romney. The staff was very nice and helpful. Good location and right as you pull into the Main Street area. It was easy to walk places from this location and they have security to watch the cars all night.
