請了個年假，就和家人跑到澳洲玩去了。最近衹想放鬆放鬆。如果有和我一樣狀態的朋友一定要去澳大利亞，這地方沒有壓力感，四處很安靜，空氣一級棒，人們也很友好。在草坪上四目對視就會和你問好。酒店很好。比較乾淨，很簡單，很安靜。我非常喜歡。家人們一起度過了個愉快的假期。

We have had this venue booked since 29/9/22 (well over 12 months from travel dates) and 2 weeks out from our stay date we got an email to say that they had cancelled our accommodation (2 apartments) due to a major renovation project which actually started the week before we were notified by ***********🤷🏻‍♀️ not even the hotel had the courtesy to let us know when they must have known of this ‘Major renovation’ taking place well before it started.. Not good enough & extremely BAD customer service👎🏼

We had a booking for 17 flying in on the Friday but the Monday prior they cancelled our booking? This is a place that we have loyally supported for over 20+ years! No excuses offered and no assistance in sourcing alternate accommodation. The standard has been steadily dropping and it appears that maybe lockdowns were the final straw? Either way the Poor Boys have moved on and the Riverside joins the Waterside as being dead to us!

1 out of 5. Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed! There are no staff on site. Our apartment has had no maintenance, shower was filthy! Cupboard doors don’t close, hanging of their hinges. Laminate peeling of cupboards in kitchen. Decor at least 25 years old, that’s when we first stayed here and decor is exactly the same. Very tired. Bedroom carpets dirty.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. Absolutely filthy dirty can't believe booking sites have this property on their books. Carpets filthy dirty, Mould in bathroom, filthy dirty lift, the whole place needs to be bulldozed
