My girls and I needed a place to stay for one night. Worst mistake ever. The room appeared filthy, the walls probably hadn’t been washed in years the linen was thin and scratchy. You are told no smoking but the room had a terrible odour that probably could have been improved by cigarette smoke. Absolutely amazing water pressure.

It was the worst room we've ever booked for the price we were charged. The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything next door and above. The pillows were weirdly small. The multiple flooring was a tripping hazard where they transitioned unevenly. But the biggest issue was the charge when we arrived exhausted and really didn't want to have to search for another accommodation. We were charged $290!!!! For a crap motel room. This was the most we were charged on our road trip between Vancouver BC Canada and Phoenix Arizona and this includes the touristy Oregon Coast. The person ahead of us was charged $145, which was still more than the waterfront Seaside Oregon Best Western stay.

The other guests (or just people staying around the hotel property) made us very uncomfortable and fear for our safety. The staff was very cold towards me and the others staying with me, one of our keycards didn’t work, some of the lights/plug in outlets didn’t work and there was a random man knocking at our door at 6:00 in the morning for 5 minutes. Would not recommend

This place will wreck a holiday quickly. Had to unclog my own toilet. Gave them 7 hours to fix. Didn’t feel safe. Breakfast was very basic and had to ask for coffee urn to be refilled every day. The price we were quoted was not the price *********** gave me. Off by $100 CAD

This hotel should be shut down, it’s a major health hazard. Rooms need major overhaul and linens NEED to be replaced. I’ve slept with ripped sheets and blood stains on mattress protector. There should also be some type of safety patrol to shoo off the homeless people who sleep and urinate in the stairwells
