I'll keep it short... - Charged 20 MYR per bag for leaving our bags in so called storage for 3 hours while we waited for room to be ready. - Rooms and Apartment were not clean/comfortable. - Bathroom had a big leak from ceiling which they did not fix. - Cleaners did not come at ALL. This is a scam place, the guy said the cleaners came but you were not in the apartment. WHAT IS THAT ABOUT. - Agent demanded cash payment including deposit. Nothing official. - Agent cancelled property booking to avoid having any audit trail or bad review on third party. PLEASE AVOID. BIG SCAM

Poor hygiene, dirty place, floor board were ripped, shower head was broken, dirty walls and washing machine was loud. It’s about lie lie lie from the owner about the reviews. Totally gutted as we were looking forward for a family time at KL, my kids were sick from gastro during the stay as we paid upfront its not refundable we had to put up until early checked out. This place should not be allowed to advertise anywhere in case anyone to fall in to the same situation as us. Our holiday turned out to a nightmare, having to look after the sick kids and attended wedding with gastro. It’s very bad experience travelling all the way to KL for this. So please banned this place from advertising elsewhere. I hope I read the TripAdvisor before booking . Totally nightmare for us travelling to Malaysia.

We were deeply dissatisfied with the condition of the apartment. The towels and bed linen were stained and appear dirty. The master bathroom had an unbearable odour that wouldn’t go away, and the shower height could not be adjusted. Additionally, there was a large hole in the wall near the second bedroom at floor level. Overall, the apartment was in an unacceptable state. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was closed for 2 out of the 3 days we had booked and no one informed us of this in advance, despite it being a key reason for choosing this property. Given these issues, we actually left the booking early and only stayed one night.

This hotel is very terrible. I booked this hotel on Nov. 28 for the stay 18-20 Dec. I tried to cancel the stay within 12 hours but the hotel refused the request. The Chinese site provided 0 review. Whatsapp not helpful at ALL. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The staff on the whatsapp tried to deny their terrible reviews score on tripadvisor and asked me to double check. This place is awful. Try your best to avoid this place.

the host writes the reviews himself. He does this by logging in with your booking number and creating the reviews himself. location is great with beautiful views. The apartment is not clean and the beds are bad. Pests also present. The apartment is a bit outdated. the host is difficult to reach.
