我們是從谷歌上找到這家度假酒店，首先它吸引我的是他在自然之中，有山有水. 酒店包含接送到市區的服務，當我們到達這家酒店，工作人員十分熱情耐心的為我們介紹了酒店的環境，可以游泳，練瑜伽，有健身設備，按摩.我們在這家酒店用了晚餐，味道超出我們的預期，服務人員有很多的笑容.早餐的提供也很豐富. 當我們需要到市區，衹需要通過酒店的app預約時間，是免費的. 我們在這裏度過了兩天的休閑時光，我向想擁有一趟休閑之旅的朋友推薦這裏.

We stayed in the Art Suite, #7. This property as a whole is absolutely beautiful! This Ecoresort has its own gardens, farms, beach side huts and chairs, spa, an island, a great restaurant, beautiful pool and bar, and complimentary rides to/from Luang Prabang city. They even have an app to download, to allow you to order rides and communicate with staff around the clock. We arranged airport transfers to/from the airport through the resort and they were on time and easy to use. As it is winter, bugs weren’t an issue for us on this trip. However, a small size bug spray was provided in our room and much appreciated!! We did notice that our door had large gaps that would allow bugs in, which could be an issue in a different season. I’ve read other reviews that bug nets are provided upon request, but can’t confirm that. Breakfast was great and allowed a fun way to taste local cuisine, along with traditional offerings as well. We had dinner that was delicious at the resort as well. We spent one afternoon at the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and bar drinks. There are lots of animals on the property that are fun to watch, including chickens and cats. We even saw bulls across the river!! We also met Carl, the property manager, and he was a delight!! He made sure we were enjoying our stay and never missed an opportunity to say Hello.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We spent two nights glamping in a stunning tent by the lake and moved to a lakeside villa for our final night. Both accommodations were flawlessly designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The adventure aspect of the hotel was a highlight, offering such unique and memorable experiences exclusive to this property, which added so much fun to our stay. The entire staff was exceptional, and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Carl, whose remarkable attention to detail stood out. His ability to make every guest feel genuinely special, welcomed, and cared for truly elevated our experience. This hotel is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return!

What a lovely hotel 😍 Set about 15 minutes outside Luang Prabang on the banks of the Mekong river it offers peace, quiet and serenity. We were collected at the train station in a 1975 ex army jeep! Not as comfortable as the lovely AC minivans they have but we totally loved it and even booked same for our return back to the train station aswell! We had booked a Riverside suite months in advance and whilst the room was the category we booked it wasn’t the room we had specifically requested. We ended up changing rooms the day after arrival which was a pain but at least we were happier and despite the oversight Carl and his team done their utmost to accommodate us. Breakfast was ample each day and we enjoyed dinner on our arrival day. We were booked in for the New Years dinner which was nice. This included a performance by local dancers, floating lanterns down the Mekong, a glass of bubbly at midnight and some confetti poppers! Due to government restrictions the hotel wasn’t allowed to set off fireworks 👎 Hotel offers a shuttle to/from town each day but the latest return is 9.30pm. If you need later just use the Loca app and get a taxi. Only down note is beware of the wooden surround around the bottom of the bed! I went flying on New Year’s Day and am still sporting a thigh size bruise 6 days later! All in all though we had a lovely stay and highly recommend.

The property itself is beautiful with great attention to detail throughout. Very creative offerings with activities for a range of guests both onsite and nearby. Delicious food and beverage service provides a good selection of Laotian and international dining. Service was thoughtful, genuine, and attentive without being obtrusive. Definitely would recommend for families, small groups, or even solo travelers!
