Days Inn Birmingham West is terrible. Checked in late, smoke detector was chirping, asked to fix, didn’t happen. Checked out 30 min later, they said they would refund me, but now won’t. The whole place is gross too. Smells and dirty. Sketchy

I visited the hotel during the World Games 2022. Already before arrival, police officers told us about the unsafe environment. The hotel charged insanely high prices for rooms that were dirty and old. They pretend to serve breakfast. However, it’s a shame to call such bad and limited food a breakfast. During our first day, we were followed by a stranger until our hotel room. All together, it was a very bad experience in a very unsafe neighborhood.

This place is a Health hazard.Bug infestation,smelly room and towels,hall way,filthy restroom. BedSheets were not clean and smelly.This place needs to be condemned and not fit for human habitations.I booked it through AAA.NEVER read the reviews had I read them I would not have stayed there.

Completely horrible! Rude service when checking in, lots of dirt and damage in room including growth on ceilings. Bathroom completely disgusting. Would not recommend this play to anyone staying in this area.

1st room had a toilet that didn't work and second room had mold and large holes everywhere. There was a horrible smell that couldn't be hidden and I was locked out of my room for 5 hours before someone assisted.
