Front desk girl was not friendly at all. Environment was unexpected. The room? Nah, very dirty! Smelly! The toilet bowl was awful. Not recommended 👎🏻

The hotel is in need for a refurbishment for the bathroom as there are serious cracks along the bathroom door frame, door paint and door knob were worn out due to wear and tear. Wall tiles have stains. Most disturbing is the chirping sound every morning with pigeons making nest on practically every floor outside the room on the aircon concrete ledge. The external window of the hotel rooms are also in need of a thorough cleaning as I could see so much stains outside the glass.

Hello, we really can’t continue staying here. Reason 1: The shower in the bathroom only has four drops of water coming out very slowly, and the hot water almost burned me. Reason 2: There were small bugs on the bed, which scared my friend and me, and we left immediately. Now our whole bodies feel itchy. We don’t want to argue; we just want a refund for one night. Ducha completamente negra,con moho incrustado....Todo súper mega viejo...si de verdad lo hicieron en 2020 los materiales serían tan malos que se ha podrido todo...las ventanas estaban podridas y el olor a humedad y a cosas raras era insoportable Nos costó 18€ la noche pero en Kuala Lumpur por unos euros más tienes opciones 3049282 veces mejor
