Booked the Executive Suite.  Royce, who was based in the. Executive Lounge, was accommodating in the request and always greets you with a bright smile. Things are a bit dated but acceptable. Acceptable variety of food during Breakfast in the main dining area but saw a baby croakroach. Staff did immediate action to remedy it. Pillows given are a bit too soft. It would be great if they could give the customers different variety of pillows in the room for us to try and then decide which pillow weprefer

Service is good. Breakfast is good.

Great location and pleasant ambience. However, the elevator wait times can be a bit long. There’s no elevator from the ground floor to the hotel lobby, so guests must use the escalator with their luggage. The lobby staff could also be more helpful in assisting guests with their bags and luggages.
