It was a really good stay, I stayed 4 nights. They have a nice pool. everything was really calm but it may be cause the summer is technically over here in Puerto Rico. The apartment was nice and it was clean in-off. People have done quite a number on the coffee machine but it worked well when I cleaned it. The plates were not wash properly so remember to wash your plates before using them. they had coin washing machines and dryer. I didn’t use them. they did have snack and drink bending machines. The host Jonathan was really nice. It had everything advertised in the amenities but the gym size is really small is definitely not the one in the pictures here, only had a treadmill which did not work. A bicycle which was in a uncomfortable spot to be able to use it. the had a stepper it worked great did not look old. and they also had weights and another machine related to weights. I had issues contacting the hotel but I found the host jonathan number and he answered after a while. Be patient if u call any of the numbers cause they get lots of calls and they don’t have a lot of personal because is a airbnb. The number for the host jonathan is +1 (787) 624-7277. many people where able to get a hold of them through the main phone but it takes a while and sometimes they don’t answer specially if they are busy. They almost always have one person in reception for checking in and out. and one security person to watch people walk in and out of the hotel. is a very secure hotel. They put shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish washing soap, dish washing sponge, and they provide towels, as well as hair a dryer, clothing iron and the table. the view from the apartment was really beautiful. the air conditioning was really good, shower and sink water had hot and cold settings. The stove worked like a charm. I didn’t like the dining chairs cause it was obvious they have taken a beating and was about to break. The bed was king size and really comfortable. the tv had internet already set up. The locks on the door worked well, just don’t mess with the lock from the inside. the door closes by it self just fine. if u mess with it the door won’t close properly. also because is an airbnb they do not have anyone cleaning on a daily basis the clean the apartment before you arrive and after you leave. You are responsible of washing the dishes. The building has more than one owner and each managing different rooms apartments. the receptionists where nice and kind, and they were doing their best considering the circumstances and how many people clme in and out in a daily basis. It was a good experience

It's close to the Caribe Hilton, the Convention Center, and Cruise ports. Right between Old San Juan and Condado, you're in the middle of all the fun stuff. 挺新的酒店，房間小了一點，離海邊不遠，周邊是希爾頓酒店和幾處高檔公寓。早餐安排在附近一個餐吧，供應比較簡單，酒店停車不太方便，過夜看車的衹有希爾頓酒店和一處商場的停車場，價格較貴，24刀每24小時，有些露天停車場便宜些，但是晚上無人看管。前台幾個小妹溝通能力很強，去C島的ferry改在Ceiba了，不在之前查的Fajardo，幸好交流在前搞清楚了，差點誤了行程，表揚一下前台！

The modern washing/dryer machines are not usable due to wireless network issue, and hotel could not fixed it and we have to use the neighbor hotel’s coin laundry machine to wash our clothes after great outdoor activities. The breakfast is included in the booking but waiter still print bill for us and caused some confusion, it is better to explain it earlier in a clear way to let customer understand , I saw several other customer also asking the bill. Front desk is nice and help us to keep the luggage after checkout so we can visit the nearby freely before actually leave the hotel to airport.

房間是一套俄羅斯的套房，每一層也就五個左右房間，房間比較小，但是很精緻，比較乾淨。 入住時就會選擇相應早餐，第二天以這些為主，還會有些水果供選擇。 到這裏時間比較晚，出發時間很早，有一頓早餐沒辦法享用。 一樓大堂有三個檯球桌，可以打打檯球，吃飯在負一樓。感覺比較小，但是服務員和前台前台服務都不錯。精緻，又感覺相對溫暖，適合入住。

Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал! Забронировали люкс с завтраком на 4х человек, в отель поступили данные, что завтрак оплачен на 2х человек. Это камень в сторону Трип ком, кстати, не первый раз у нас такое, в прошлый раз в Индии, в Гоа так же разбирались в отеле из-за неправильных формулировок Вашего сервиса. В Гоа нас категорически отказывались принимать без доплаты за дополнительные 2 завтрака на детей, проблема была решена, но с помощью ругани с Ресепшн, вмешательства менеджера трип ком, потерянного времени и испорченного настроения. Короче! Здесь нам сразу сказали, что сами разберутся со всеми системами бронирования и посредниками, избавили нас от ненужной суматохи и просто принесли 2 дополнительных ваучера на завтрак! Мелочь, а приятно! Молодцы. Номер отличный, все есть! Локация отличная. До центра на машине недалеко, пешком наверное будет неудобно. Отель расположен на берегу реки, рядом с Петровской набережной. Завтрак для такого отеля тоже вполне хороший.

酒店各方麪條件都好，尤其要説的是酒店工作人員責任心強。晚上我都要睡覺了，有人來敲門，我聽不懂俄語，不知道是誰敲門，就不給他開。接着，他敲了又敲，又説了好多話，説到“car”，我明白了，説我的車呢，於是開門，弄清楚了，是我的車大燈沒關。趕緊和那位穿着運動服的長者家下樓。第二天臨出發前，我和那位長者家合影留念，謝謝，北部酒店！

一切都很好!花了2個晚上,在這段時間從酒店從來沒有出來)在21樓的溫泉,哈姆姆,開放的游泳池,喜歡按摩。還有哈姆姆,桑拿,游泳池所有客人沒有額外的費用,也很值得。很棒的卡米什餐廳。而且可以大膽地去那裏吃早餐。酒店全體的禮貌人員無例外。單一的,19號的休息室,最少的裝修。但是總體來說,沒弄壞印象。我們一直很滿意時間
