Our unit is central to everything that is Long Beach: beaches, nightlife, museums, convention center, Aquarium of the Pacific, The Queen Mary and many more attractions! This is a very spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a driveway to fit 3 vehicles.We hope you enjoy all the attention to detail we put into this home. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet and keyless entry. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your culinary needs. The laundry area comes equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. This home was recently remodeled and features new heating and air conditioning, new bathrooms and a new kitchen.PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE AS IT IS BEING USED AS STORAGE. Building was built in the 1930s Belmont Heights,Great neighborhood, 3 blocks from Beach, Walking Distance to great food and shopping. 10 min from Queen Mary, Downtown Long Beach, Pine Ave, The Pike, 25 min from Knotts Berry Farm, Soak City, Disneyland, California Adventure, The Cottage is very charming, Very Beachy,Clean has everything you need for a great trip, murphy bed is full size,very comfortable, coach makes into a full size bed, with storage and has extra bedding pillow etc, it has it's own little patio with lights table, chairs and Barb-q, TV, Cable, Wi-fi, Pets are welcome.Kitchen has all the amenities, like being at home. Great neighborhood parking is not a problem. Laundry room on site. Long Beach has alot to see and do. I want my guest to have a memoriable experience, I am flexiable and willing to work with most special requests. Upon arrival my guest are welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and a personalized treat as a Thank You for staying at my bungulow. Our Victorian bungalow promises a truly memorable stay.As you step into the Victorian Bungalow through the timelessly detailed screen door and 115-year old refinished original door, relax in the cozy living room while watching a movie on the 85” big screen, or challenge each other to a game of Jenga!The bathroom features a deep, walk-in bathtub with a pullout shower, and beautiful tile surround. It’s specifically designed for the convenience of both young and senior folks.The century-old patinaed brass/glass door handles guide your way into 2 comfortable bedrooms. Each can accommodate 2 adults. The large double-hung windows totally bring outside in, making the rooms appear bright, open, and full of green energy from the outside garden plants! If you find any glass door handles to be purple, that means it has been in the afternoon sun for decades. One of the doors has maintained a skeleton key lock system and is working perfectly after years of loving use.The full kitchen has everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee bar! Sit and eat in the formal dining room, or head outside and enjoy eating in the garden, in any of the 3 seating areas. The garden area is also a great place to sit and have your coffee, or to finish the day with a glass of wine.The building is fully equipped with new central AC system, to put you in cool during the hot summer days in Southern California.The parking is inside the secured fence gate. The driveway is long enough to hold up any type of cars, including a pick up truck.I have a very cute outdoor cat named Vega, she is very friendly, clean, also very quiet, fully vaccinated. She lives in the garage and hangs out in the gardens. If you are cat people, please feel free to play with her (per requests of cat-loving guests stayed here before). The whole house is designed under the philosophy of Modern Zen, a combination of Japanese Wabi-Sabi and Victorian Revival. It’s a harmonious union of Eastern and Western motifs. 因為行程計劃變更，我們在巴黎多待兩天，選擇續住這家酒店！地理位置去哪都方便是我們選擇的重要原因。上篇已經敍述了不少！這一篇講講早餐。早餐種類也就國內商旅酒店水平，但非常好吃！華夫餅麪包自不必説，絕絕子是可頌，法式西點真的太美味了，國內沒吃過這樣的軟嫩的。自助榨汁機是放橙子進去肉眼可見榨出來，挺好玩的！冰箱裏的杏汁也挺不錯，看了是法國當地品牌，國內沒有。總體而言，這家酒店值得推薦！下次來巴黎還會選擇！

非常棒的一次旅行體驗，酒店位置非常好，地鐵12號線出站一百米左右，樓頂就有酒吧，可以看到埃菲爾鐵塔塔尖，夜晚看很美哦，樓下有各種蛋糕咖啡店，還有家樂福。買東西也非常方便，對面就是警察局安全問題不用擔心。酒店每天贈送飲料和水，還贈送膠囊咖啡。來歐洲這麼多天住的最好的酒店。

地點： 北部車站對面.十分方便但個人認為晚上不太安全.附近餐廳選擇頗多有kfc麥當勞亦有正宗法國餐廳 酒店： 正在進行裝修白天會有噪音. 電梯通常指有一部運作沒有顯示到底在那層.酒店在装修大部分都被圍封看 房間： 衛生一般.服務員只懂法文亦不願意跟你使用翻譯軟件溝通. 床單三天都沒有給我們換過. 今次住宿實在十分失望.我們訂了套房三晚,第一晚入住发覚通風系統壞了. 打電話到前台. 前台說現在已是晚上九點工作人員都下班了只有明天才可以叫機組人員來檢查一下. 當晚他給了我一個小風扇..但房间內实在太热（房間有大概23度外面只得15度左右），整晚都睡不好.我們嘗試把窗門打开但晚上聽到外面很多人在嘈吵及警車聲音😐😐 第二天一早我打電話到前台問是否會有人來修理通風 等了30分鐘沒有人出現. 由於我們需要出外继續行程 我親自去到樓下問是否會有人來處理他們回答我今天一定會有人会來檢查 到了晚上回到酒店後发現根本沒有人來檢查過😡 我跑到前台求助。他们又一次告诉我技术人员已经下班，今天无法处理，让我再等一天。我询问能否换个房间，因为我们根本无法入睡，但被告知没有空房可用。于是我们就这样度連續兩晚都睡不好 第三天早上，我打电话要求见经理。她解释说酒店没有开空调是因为外面天气不热，我向她解释这根本不是温度问题，而是通风系统失灵，导致空气完全不流通。她说可能是因为我们住在高楼层。我两次请求她亲自来房间查看问题，都被拒绝，并告诉我他”无能为力” 我继而问经理有沒有第二個房間他說可能會有但問題都一樣🙄。 最後我丈夫要求他叫修理人員立即上來檢查.工作人員上來後確認電線路出了問題並且維修好. 因為前兩天都沒有睡好我亦已經太累沒办法出去逛了😞只好在第三日下午嘗試在酒店小休但卻被他們裝修的噪音弄得沒法睡覺

我已經預訂了另一家酒店，但在最後一刻改到了這家酒店。這是一家小型飯店，但非常乾淨，工作人員都很友善，我住得很舒服。位置很好，離地鐵站很近，步行即可到達其他路線。附近有許多麵包店、起司店、葡萄酒店和水果店。起司很好吃。 帶著女兒去旅行。我不和20多歲的女兒睡在同一張床上，所以這對我來說是一個美好的回憶。 看起來就像住在這座城市一樣，度過一段愉快的時光吧！

酒店挺新的，房間15平方，不大，也不算太擁擠，設施也都挺新的，每天都可以打掃衞生，出過一次小狀況，早上洗澡時，突然停電了，前台有人，因為人手不夠，沒有及時上門檢查，等了大概一個小時左右恢復了，前台態度友好親切，整體體驗不錯，距離Rome地鐵站300米左右，步行5-10分鐘，出行還算方便，周圍治安良好，沒有網絡上描述的那麼誇張，沒有見到過小偷，搶劫這些事情。早餐自費20歐每人，稍微有點貴，可以體驗一下，還可以，種類豐富，可以當早午餐一起吃了。

酒店很適合中國人住，房間大，設施齊全，位置好。早餐種類多，服務好。唯一需要改善的是房間的衞生情況，床單和枕套有污漬不乾淨，打掃的時候直接把被子裸放在地上用腳踢，這還是我在房間的時候。毛巾仔細看也不乾淨…..如果能把房間衞生改善，那還是相當推薦的酒店。
