一共三晚由於我一開始日程不確定所以分了三單。第一次碰到無法合併訂單需要我每天在前台更新入住，這個可以接受。但是第二天被告知我住的房間被訂出去了，我需要退房，然後等晚上重新入住並換房，這是我不能接受的，最終交涉也衹是以攜程一點點賠償結束。而且再次入住時候託管的行李找不到了，也是很無語。沒有留房這種過失，竟然毫無歉意，我也很震驚。這裏都是長租區，target ，Walmart，奢侈品店很方便。但是這裏韓國人居多，前台的韓國臉大嬸明顯帶歧視的冷漠，不知如何評價。酒店很新很現代，服務沒跟上，水斗下的上一位住客的生活垃圾都沒處理。長條泳池和小棚子要去spa預約。泳池邊的用餐非常好吃量足性價比高。然後要注意的是，整個酒店衹有頂頭轉角房間有全海景，所以我定海景房毫無意義。面積也偏小。床很軟，但是，我竟然沒有覺得腰痠。

這次住的這間酒店因為看中它是2024年新造的，不會有蟑螂所以入住的，住過之後我覺得有好有壞。 優點：服務很熱情； 游泳池在8樓，很乾凈的一塊地方； 隔樓層就有一個很大的飲水機，可以出房間就能倒水，不用自己買水，也不是在大堂倒水再拎上去，很方便； 酒店有每個小時去waikiki海灘的接駁車，下車的地方見p2，離海灘有一點點距離，大概是每個半點有回程的車來，很方便。 酒店的電梯很快，先在門口要按去的樓層，然後電梯會自動分配，基本上一秒一層，完全沒有高層電梯難的痛苦，這點很好； 對門就是ala moana，沃爾瑪，公交車都有。 再説説缺點：我不知道別的房間怎樣，我們定的房間窗户是個頂天的可移動大窗，一開門，就是一個半人高的玻璃，然後就沒有任何保護措施，也沒有陽台。見p1，也就是説二十幾層樓……直接一開窗，一個大風一刮就會飛出窗外，我覺得是挺危險的。所以後來我們這個窗户都不開了，就開一條縫通風； 雖説是24年新建的房間，但房間的設施已經有些壞了。浴缸下水慢，晾衣繩已經收不回去了，智能馬桶的遙控器也是壞的…… 總的來説我認為這個酒店不值五星，頂多是個四星，可以一住。
