You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. There is a large, quiet backyard with private pool, hot tub and mountain view. The pool fence allows for peace of mind for little ones and our furry family members. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, near the end of the cul de sac. This is a safe neighborhood, close to all major freeways and great restaurants. This space is great for families or couples.Our home is just 20 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. We have a queen size blow up air mattress for added space for sleeping. Please note our pool is not heated and can become unusable during the colder months.BEDROOMS:Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed with TV, ensuite master bathroom, closet, workspace and backyard accessBedroom 2: 1 queen bed with TV and closetBedroom 3: 1 twin bed, kids books and closetGYM & PLAYROOM:The garage has been converted into a gym/playroom combo. This was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and it turned out to be a good experience. Although the location was a bit farther out, it was still within walking distance to both the Shinkansen and the subway, which made it convenient enough for getting around. The hotel provides coin-operated laundry machines, which was a practical and appreciated feature. There were also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find meals nearby. One of the highlights was the free public hot bath available in the hotel — a wonderful touch, especially after a long day out exploring. Whether it's summer or winter, travelers will definitely appreciate the chance to relax and unwind. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to choose APA Hotel again for my next trip to Japan.

酒店位置還蠻好的，離車站和榮都不遠，這邊還算是挺安靜的區域了，周邊有family，買東西也很方便，周圍有不少評價很好的餐廳，吃飯十分方便。 酒店房間可不小，算是高性價比了，不過沒有浴缸，在日本還挺少見了。

我們訂的是邊角間房，房型比較大，有比較多的空間放置行李；離榮地鐵約9-10分鐘步行距離，還算方便，附近很多商家跟餐廳。需要改進則是館內的設施較舊，空調是無法調整溫度的，浴室的洗手台及淋浴的部分是需要開啟熱水及冷水的2個開關，比較老舊調整用水，房內沒有提供瓶裝水，室內拖鞋是重複使用的那種，沒有使用，不確定有沒有清潔；而床的部分，晚間睡覺前發現床單有髒污，即請房務過來更換，隔天發現其實棉被也有髒污，考量到這種棉被的被套不會常常更換，則很認真把床單蓋在棉被上緣，才不會碰觸到沒有更換被套的棉被。

因為經常性到日本旅遊，總會試試住不同類型，不同等級的酒店，由於第一晚夜抵名古屋，又在網路上看到這家膠囊酒店評價很高，索性直接住5晚，首先聲明晚上在休息區提供免費酒精飲品，對我來說不是賣點，的確酒店提供咖哩飯早餐和晚上有拉麵是非常好的，但每天每晚都是同樣的，除非真的很窮吧，否則我都是食完晚飯才回來休息 優點：免費提供早餐，免費飲品，麵豉湯，酒精，按摩椅（3部有1部壞咗）有人造溫泉浴池，有衣服，拖鞋提供，真的，住一至兩晚真的是很好的享受 缺點： 1）我住第三日和第四日，早上醒來時，發現自己的拖鞋不見了，我不確定其他住客拿走還是職員收走 2）男浴室大概有30個私人的小儲物櫃，但經常性是只有五至六個可以用的，其他的都是鎖着，但浴室內又沒有人 3）這酒店中午十二點至下午四點是浴室維修時間，如果你是太遲起床的話就無得沖涼 4）這酒店是十二點退房的，退房當天我睡在我的膠囊裏，十點鐘起床的時候已經發覺被職員拉開了帳篷，其實不止第一次，有兩天他們都很早把我的帳篷拉開，但我入住這段時間，他們是沒有幫我更換床單枕頭袋，那麼為什麼要拉開我的帳篷。 總括來說，住兩晚是絕對很好的體驗

Комната чистая, но маленькая. Я 3 раза ударился о дверной косяк головой. Было бы удобнее, если кровати были не на полу и под них можно было поместить чемоданы. Сковороду нужно заменить, покрытие разрушилось. Ближайший магазин заранее найдите на карте. На ближайшей станции JR останавливаются не все поезда. В остальном цена/качество вполне приемлемые. Кондиционер требует очистки!

舒適三床房確實比高級三床小一點。但也算比市中心一般酒店寬敞。白天空調不關非常友好，3樓泡澡很受歡迎，洗衣服務也不錯，就算不烘乾，一晚上也都幹了。 位置確實跟不錯，離三越，松板屋，parco，中日大廈等都很近。酒店後面就是alpen 旗艦店。離地鐵略遠一點，可以接受。 第二天泡澡，一次性拖鞋被別人穿走了，問前台要一雙，竟然要收費，有點不能理解。

有提供雨傘、盥洗用品、洗衣精、4人份餐具桌椅等日常生活用品，有陽台可以晾衣服，廚房有自動放洗澡水的按鍵很特別，居住品質很好，周圍很安靜。 交通方面從民宿到地鐵都有電梯可以銜接，減少很多搬運行李的不便，走路大約7、8分鐘全家左邊旁有鐵地淺間町站1號出口的電梯，讓整趟旅程少了很多最後搬戰利品回家的勞累。 往另一個方向走大約10分鐘有一間feel超市花之木店，可以買鮮食跟當季的水果，可能因為是住宅區的關係，只營業到晚上8點，大約6、7點左右可以買到許多出清的食材，食量大的人可以去掃貨😌，徒步走到名古屋城也大概是10分鐘左右。 應該是日常生活跟悠閒旅遊一應俱全的住宿地點。

我為了觀看F1比賽而留在名古屋，但是大多數廉價酒店都已訂滿，所以這是我能訂到的最後一家酒店。 位置有點令人失望。從名古屋站步行約10分鐘。 房間簡潔緊湊，僅配備您所需的一切，但電視非常有用。它還具有YouTube等智慧型手機螢幕傳輸功能，功能非常令人滿意，例如顯示浴室的擁擠程度。 有韓國工作人員，所以溝通很方便，服務也很好。早餐比較簡單，但也不缺乏。 我最喜歡的是這家飯店的各種特色設施，包括健身中心、休息室、自動販賣機區、吸菸室、按摩椅和澡堂。 由於參觀完F1賽道回到名古屋已經很晚了，沒有時間欣賞其他，所以就直接回飯店了。在附近的Mega Don Quijote Mart買了些食物和飲料吃了，然後去了澡堂，享受了按摩椅，光是享受酒店內的特殊設施就已經很放鬆很美好了。 我認為這是一家不錯的酒店，設施齊全，價格合理。

地鐵站出口有電梯到地面，拖行李很方便。地鐵站走路去酒店非常近，大概2分鐘。酒店樓下就是7-11。自助check-in /check-out但都很順沒問題。房間大小算夠用，床很大但個人覺得枕頭有點低。我這次住10樓，隔音不錯，睡覺的時候都很安靜。有提供桌上鏡子，對於女生來說應該不錯。房間的LG Styler可以讓我烘乾衣服，還有消毒除臭功能! 住了5個晚上，好像是第3/4天才會大清潔，其他天會做小清潔/整理。房間沒有瓶裝水提供，但是廁所水龍頭的水說是飲用水，或是到2樓裝水也可以。可以自助寄放行李（有密碼鎖/locker)，沒空位置也可以在櫃檯寄放。整體來說性價比很不錯，下次可以再次入住！

與其他東橫INN相比，這家離車站較遠。 雖然比較安靜，但夏天還是得冒酷暑步行… 有接送巴士，但不是定時發車，所以要看個人喜好。 前台在一樓。 有飲水機和免費咖啡。 房間裡有牙刷套裝。 前台沒有刮鬍刀、潤膚露套裝、棉花棒、康普茶或煎茶。 一樓前台的便服是連身襯衫式的。 （可能是因為我去得晚了？竟然沒有梳子，這讓我很驚訝。） 只有房間裡提供的拖鞋。 後來我才知道，前台有販賣一次性拖鞋，60日圓一雙。 我看到評論說吹風機是Refa的，但好像只有高級客房才有？ 提供的吹風機檔次低得多。 風力太大，即使是半長的頭髮也很難吹乾。 TripAdvisor的預訂網站上沒有高級客房的預訂，所以我到現在都不知道怎麼用，哈哈。 客人多是上班族。 走廊和大廳裡感覺有很多彬彬有禮的客人。 有一些外國人，但他們很有禮貌。飯店的環境和結構都很好，不用擔心噪音，所以很棒。 員工的服務沒有特別明顯的缺點。 我覺得這得看個人狀況。 飯店有四部電梯，看起來像是可以帶寵物入住的飯店，所以也有低速電梯。 房間說好聽點兒，簡單；說難聽點兒，卻又很冷清。 浴室的淋浴可以切換成「手持花灑」和「雨淋式花灑」。 水溫還可以，但水壓有點小（因為樓層較高）。 早餐是免費的。 有麵包、米飯、優格、炒蛋香腸、湯、味噌湯、沙拉、咖哩等等。 還有咖啡和果汁。 雖然不算奢華，但既然是免費的，我也沒什麼好抱怨的。 我覺得性價比很高。 如果你不介意便利設施或吹風機， 我覺得還是值得的。

位置極佳，從榮站往bus terminal的方向可連到NHK大樓出口，整路都有電梯手扶梯，即使沒搭到往來機場的巴士，利用地鐵往來機場也相當方便。但要注意NHK大樓星期日是關閉的，可改用附近的電梯出入（先搭一台往上的，再接另一台電梯往下的，位置如照片），我的飯店房間是選雙床房型，空間還算充足，也很衛生。
