My stay on Courtyard Phœnix Airport Hotel has been great. I was staying for work and the receptionists, especially Debbie, have been very helpful. I had lost my international adapter and Debbie tried her best to help me out, so I could charge my computer for a visio, which was really appréciated. Overall, all the receptionists were welcoming.
The room was clean. Close to the airport (10 min driving). L

Todo fabuloso solo muy ruidoso. Empezaron muy temprano a limpiar por fuera del hotel con la sopladora y nos despertaron. Y en la noche los del cua to co tiguo llegaron muy noche haviendo mucho escandalo

This was not a good experience. First, the hotel had to be called repeatedly to send a shuttle resulting in a roughly 40 minute wait outside of the PHX airport. Second, I had booked a room with a king bed and was given a room with two twin beds. Finally, I unfortunately forgot my cell phone charger in the room and called repeatedly over the following week to inquire if it was found. I have left two messages with staff and have not received even the courtesy of a callback. I will never stay at this hotel again.

1. Shower had hair in it. Yuck. Bathroom floor had hair too.
2. Shower head was ancient, very little water came out, most sprayed out the side and hose connection.
3. No breakfast. For 160 bucks I expected breakfast. Gotta pay 12 dollars for a tiny bowl of oatmeal. Really?? No water in the room but if you pay 6 bucks you can have a bottle.

The water was cut off with no notice whatsoever and we weren’t even able to finish showering. Couldn’t even brush our teeth of use the toilet!!!

No Shuttle Service from Airport as Marketed.
ALL Exits non-accessible from exterior. Closed Restaurant and amenities. Staff horrible Customer Service about these questions and concerns.
