總體來説，性價比很高，天鵝和海豚是同屬一個集團的酒店，兩間酒店之間有聯通通道，水上巴士也在兩間酒店之間的通道位置，酒店風景特別美麗，walk in都隨處一景，兩間酒店有各自的cafe，買咖啡和吃個早餐、買礦泉水都綽綽有餘，酒店不錯的地方在於衹要house keeping就會給你放兩瓶礦泉水，還是比較貼心的，但是餐廳的早餐確實不行，咖啡和餐食口味都不怎麼樣，不如lobby旁的cafe。check in和check out速度很快，沒有像有的住客所説的沒房，等很久。我都很快入住和退房。我check in的時間還是半夜2點，都有staff 在且效率很高。check in的時候會留下信用卡訊息，然後分別會在你後面辦理入住的同一時間每天扣掉100美金，會根據你的入住時間、需要付給的度假村税費、酒店內的消費來收取，最終check out的時候會按實際消費來扣除。迪士尼的門票可以在酒店lobby的票務中心購買，非常方便。

非常不錯的酒店，位置優越，可以乘坐巴士到迪士尼任意園區，門口還有去Epcot和Hollywood兩個園區的免費水上taxi，也是相當方便，酒店有很多餐廳可供選擇，我們還去了旁邊天鵝酒店，裏面的餐廳也是很不錯的選擇

一切都很方便，我們一家五口很喜歡這裡有一間臥室、三張床、兩間浴室+廁所。工作人員都很棒，面帶微笑，態度友好。儘管我必須說，感覺返回其他度假村的巴士更多（例如 Pop Century 和 All Stars 與 Art of Animation；可能每 1 輛就有 3-4 輛巴士）。雖然班次很頻繁，但交通堵塞是造成延誤的原因之一。洗衣墊很方便，正如預期的那樣，下午/晚上會非常忙碌。不需要硬幣，可以透過二維碼付款。他們有一台出售洗滌劑和乾燥機床單的自動販賣機。當我洗衣服的時候，工作人員曾多次來清潔和消毒機器。提前進入公園是一項很大的福利，省下了錢，而且選擇不購買任何閃電通行證。我們會利用早入場的機會，玩幾個遊樂設施，然後返回度假村休息幾個小時，然後在下午 2:45 左右返回玩更多的遊樂設施/遊行/看煙火等。由於辦理入住手續的工作人員意識到我們已經走了很長的路，所以我們很榮幸地獲得了免費打迷你高爾夫的機會🥹——謝謝，真的很有趣！還包括免費進入暴雪海灘，但不幸的是，天氣太冷，無法利用它，因為我們入住期間正值北極寒流！ 🥶 這是我們第三次住在這裡，它總是讓我們留下美好的回憶🥰
