one of the nicer Hampton inn's, The Parking Situation is a nightmare.. $20 a day?

Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would ask for a printed receipt because mine was never emailed to me.

Customer service was fantastic and everything is close. Breakfast was one of the best. I highly recommend this motel

Condo fix up

We had booked the hotel for a concert at the Amway Center thinking we could walk there.The area is kind of rough so even though it’s only a mile we were told by locals not to.Uber is $20 dollars. The property itself is undergoing renovations so there is a the obvious construction mess but they are controlling it as best they can. There are cheaper accommodations closer to events and probably at this point a little cleaner. The staff were very nice but with the mix of Spanish and Eastern European accents it’s hard to understand some of them. No food on property except for breakfast so you can walk to Delaney’s a couple blocks up the street. A nice place but more convenient places closer to downtown are available and we will stay in one of those if we go to Orlando again.

Property was neat and clean and very close to the Orlando Medical Center where we were going. The downside was they were short staffed on the front desk and had people lined up out the door trying to check in. They charge you to park your car and our rooms were missing some essential items. No soap or shampoo in the built in dispensers and no back up roll of toilet paper.

Blue blinking light in room entire night. While the hotel was willing to cancel my stay for the second night, ******* appears to be refusing to refund my second night, which I did not stay. Since it was an hotel issue and I took one of the option present to me, why are you ******* refusing to refund my money. This was not my making.

Hotel check-in was horrible! Check-in time was listed at 3 pm. We arrived at 4 pm with the thought that we would check in, get changed in our room, and head out for dinner before our 7 pm show. We were told that our room wasn’t ready yet, but to wait 10 minutes and it should be good to go. We had to wait 45 minutes, and watched as others were able to check into their rooms before us. Because of the delay, my wife and I were unable to make it to dinner, as everything was too crowded. Because of the kids, and our busy schedules, we may only have an opportunity like this once a year, and our night was off to a disappointing start

This hotel is always consistent, hence why I continue to use it. Convenient, clean and large rooms.
