Location, location, location conveniently located minutes from the Capitol, 10 mins to Hospitals and 1.8 miles from FSU!The space: Enter through your private entrance and into your large single room with floor-to-ceiling windows and queen bed. This unit features its own kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and all utensils. It also comes with a closet and a 2020 renovated private full bathroom! Large front yard and fenced backyard for your enjoyment. Perfect for all travel and offers a laptop-friendly workspace with fast internet and reliable Wi-Fi for work-from-home travelers.Guest access: Guests will have a well-lit private entrance leading to their unit, and shared use of the yard and the washer and dryer.Other details to note:All rooms are bleached post-check-out and again before check-in due to Covid-19. We also provide additional linen/towels for longer-term stays. This unit books fast and is usually booked for several days/weeks at a time. So, if this is not available, please check out our other units!Although check in is 3 PM... as long as your unit of choice has been cleaned and inspected, we would be happy to be flexible to your traveling needs. The units fill quickly, and our cleaning staff stay busy, so please allow 24 hours for late checkout requests.Family pets are welcome if they have flea RX and current shots.
