I thoroughly enjoyed the the stay at the hotel Crystal was very helpful at the front desk the rooms were clean and everybody there was very nice and courteous will come back again Will recommend to anyone to go and enjoy Helen Georgia stay at the country inn & suites by Radisson

The beds are super comfy. Rooms are big. Staff is super friendly & helpful. Everything is clean & fresh. The pool was heated, clean, & open until midnight. Is walking distance to all shops.

Lady at front desk was really sweet and helpful! Didn’t feel rushed to check out. Very good stay all around!

Loved it! Staff is wonderful and very friendly. Beds could use a little bit more comfortable mattress.

Easy Check in- Walking to the all the shopping and restaurants was easy and close. Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable.

We loved out stay here. Absolutely great staff and super kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical but more than enough. Wouldn't of been a bad idea to mix up the breakfast sausage with a bacon every other day but that's ok, still was very good. The town of Helen was wonderful and the hotel was no further than 10 minute walk from anywhere in town.

We were just on an overnight trip and we walked in to reserve a room but even with a military they were higher than what hotels app had the prices for. So instead of getting just a basic room I got a room with a fireplace to just have the coziness of it and it did not work. Just a small flicker. We had the clerk come up and take a look and she said she was sorry and didn’t know what was wrong. I also told her the shower didn’t work and nothing was done. At checkout I spoke to a manager and she said we booked 3 rd party so she couldn’t help us. I paid a good bit more for a fireplace room and I didn’t get it. So I guess I won’t use hotels app anymore cause there is no one to help with issues when you are at the hotel.

Bathroom is not renovated and looks like it needs to be renovated since molding was torn off - rug in lobby looks very worn and just not clean looking - i was disappointed

Doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned in awhile but otherwise was fine for a single night stay. Breakfast was kind of sucky because there was no fruit and the milk thing was empty or didn’t work.

Our room smelled clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome! The only downfall was the bed was hard, I personally prefer a softer bed. The jetted tub has been used quite a bit and has signs of wear and tear in the bottom. Other than that it was a great stay. Walking distance to the shops in Helen.

The hotel and location were great! Nearby to restaurants and shops. The room was very spacious and comfortable had a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Bed was comfortable as well. Highly recommend!
