The backyard is the perfect place to sit and unwind with a glass of wine or feel free to cozy up in one of the bedrooms with their Queen beds and smart TVS.This first floor, main-level duplex unit has been completely upgraded! This open space has brand new furniture, kitchen appliances, classic brick flooring, all while throwing in a bit of historic Charleston with countertops, shelving, and ceiling beams all handcrafted from reclaimed heart pine wood that came from this very house dating back 170 years! 住了將近兩周，露台海景無敵，在家就能俯瞰整個三亞灣全景，完全不用出門。走2分鐘穿過馬路就是沙灘，娃們挖沙玩水超爽。300平米複式非常寬敞，全家八口人住得很舒服。周邊超市、農貿市場等一應俱全，非常便利，在廚房做了好幾次飯。管家服務很熱情，經常耐心解答我們各種問題。唯一不足是洗澡水有點小，裝修稍微舊了點，不過性價比已經很高了。

剛到目的地期待感就拉滿了，幾步之外便是陽光沙灘，茂密椰林環繞四周，隱約之間還能聽見小童的嬉鬧聲。走幾步進入內部，經過24小時超市，便可以看到水上樂園及游泳池躍至臉上，滿是嬉鬧聲但卻不吵鬧，令人心曠神怡。隨着管家進入房間，映入眼簾的便是巨大的落地窗和富有設計感的客廳，右手邊就是兩個卧室和洗漱間以及廚房，衹要樂意，你甚至可以在這裏大展廚藝，整間房子都透露着一種陽光温暖之意。房間衞生更是好到難以形容，纖塵不染，也沒有什麼蟲子，給人一種回家般的感覺，管家也會在每天早上8點左右在微信上温和地諮詢您是否需要打掃衞生以及補水，你可以預約任何時間前來打掃，補水也是不打折扣地每天4瓶礦泉水和雪碧可樂各一聽（隨房間有一定變化），而且有任何問題都可以直接在微信上問管家，管家隨時都可以為我們服務。周邊的崖州灣海灘更是美妙，早晨可一試游泳樂趣，中午則可體驗沙灘陽光浴，下午更是有音樂晚會和燒烤活動。總之，這個酒店是一個旅遊度假不可多得的好地方。

🌊人均不過百拿下亞特蘭蒂斯同款海景！ 我説白了我白説了，本以為是一家碰瓷亞特蘭蒂斯的民宿，住了才發現是亞特蘭蒂斯碰瓷他！！！ 一家民宿，拉開窗簾就是海棠灣，360度無死角海景套房，不但能看海，還能把亞特蘭蒂斯當景看，樓下就是大泳池，200米就到海棠灣。 性價比更是拉滿，房內設施應有盡有，管家非常貼心，會提前聯繫你，更有在房間準備好迎接花束，早餐也會提早買好放在冰箱，有什麼需求也可以及時溝通滿足。 相比於一晚上大幾千的奢華度假酒店，我認為大多數人的預算也是有限的，住三亞的民宿又怕水平參差不齊，這家民宿真就是無腦沖的水平，特別適合家庭出行遊玩，環境位置全是大海景，性價比特別高，之後如果再來三亞的首選住宿。

一年有近三分之一時出差在外，一般衹住獨棟正規酒店，因力民宿大多開在公寓寫字樓成居民樓，管理比較混亂，衞生也不放心，有的民宿從業者甚至做不到布草一客一換，這次來三亞選擇了民宿，位置非常好離海邊游泳方使，房型也還不錯，特別是美女老闆態度非常好，缺點就是樓內公共區域很熱，房間空調製冷效果不好，開後半小時也不涼，又不多給取1電卡，出門空調就關了，房間蚊蟲多，住了一晚被咬了十幾個疙瘩，打4分純粹是因為老闆人好！

必須給好評的一家酒店，我們一家人在99號套房酒店度過了非常好的時光，辦理入住的時候前台看到我們帶了寶寶，主動提出給我們添加小童洗漱用品和小童浴袍，這個小細節非常暖心，服務真的非常好。遇到的每個服務員都很熱情打招呼，笑容很好，房間很大視野很好，清潔也乾淨寶寶在地上玩也很放心，餐廳很有海南當地特色，簸萁飯 糟粕醋味道不錯價格也不貴，酒店配套也很齊全，4號樓一樓有小童樂園海洋球可以玩。

設施：才開業一兩年的酒店，設施肯定沒問題。 衞生：挺好的，稍微大一點的酒店都是有衞生標準的，對比民宿會好很多。 環境：海景房真的很不錯，推薦。附近的酒店可以對比的，住得高，才好看，樓頂還有無邊游泳池，看落日非常巴適。酒店樓下草坪有個門刷房卡走出去就是沙灘，沙灘左邊就是天涯小鎮，出去玩很方便，而且還有個點是比小鎮上的住宿安靜，帶娃的特別推薦，房間裏面也沒有尖鋭的地方 服務：服務挺不錯的，一到落客區就有人來幫你拿行李接待，還會有管家提前給你溝通，有問題會幫忙解決，這次接待的管家是小倪，點個贊

帶着一歲寶寶來玩，酒店不大，大堂不大，巨熱，酒店有點老，沒有禮賓小哥，説是招不到人，最後保安給我拿的箱子。但是房間不破，維護比較好。房間剛進來有點味兒，放一會兒就好了，低齡寶寶沒有安全圍欄，嬰兒床太高，容易翻越出去，雞肋。想要床被子，保潔直接拿了一個大片黃色污漬的被子來套被罩，驚恐🙀。有泳池有救生員，人很少。小童泳池不讓遊，早餐中規中矩一般般。小童樂園可以忽略不計，還沒我家的地墊圍欄大。去小鎮和天涯海角有電瓶車，5塊錢一個人，單程。想來天涯小鎮拜觀音的可以來住，度假親子算了吧

老闆會發大財！這次來三亞行真的是非常好的體驗，因為我的飛機是在晚上，但是公寓一般是需要在中午12點前搬離，來遊玩時間也比較匆忙，想在下午多待一會兒，所以就想延長住的時間，看到旁邊有一間價格稍低，想着用來放行李到時間就走，跟老闆溝通過後直接讓我在當下這間房間繼續住，一是不用搬東西，二是當下住的房間要寬敞些。在旅遊業盛行的地區，大環境非常卷，所以更應該看重服務，看重回頭率，很高興有在用心做服務的老闆，溝通過程非常敞亮，居住體驗也很開心，祝後面越做越好！

住了兩天必須説一下，人均100塊 能住這麼大空間的別墅，服務也好 可以説房東有求必應，半夜微信都能及時回覆。沒來之前看到有差評比較擔心，但是來了之後不懂為什麼會有人寫出差評？難道想拿人均100的價格和人均2000➕的星級酒店比嗎？再説也不比那個差好嘛！ 有點為房東鳴不平了，到底怎樣的房子和服務會讓所有人滿意啊。總的來説強烈推薦吧！ 不是託不是託不是託 重要的説三遍 完全真實感受。 也不排除我比較容易滿足 沒見過什麼世面？哈哈
