Whisked away from the vying sounds and frenzied pace of the city, I was quite stirred by the subtle charm the location exuded. However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms. The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent. A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious. Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure. On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. The property is very good and especialky ambience is excellent. It's worth to stay with multiple families together as it's independent property having 4 bedrooms, shared common corridor place, some open place for games and enough parking place for vehicles. We can enjoy our vacation at this peaceful location. The only concern we had was, we booked 4 bedrooms but only 2 rooms available by the time we checked-in. Our 4 families were forced to split and 2 families stayed in separate hotel. This could have avoided if managed professionally.

The hotel is conveniently located on avinashi highway, easily accessible and positioned near sms hotel and shahi grill. Parking is managed through valet service, ensuring ease of arrival. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The business room, featuring a king-size bed, was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. However, the presence of cracks on the walls was an unfortunate detail that detracted from the overall experience. Dining options at the hotel are diverse. A barbeque restaurant is situated near the reception, while a pub is located in the basement. A rooftop with dj music on the 4th floor adds an enjoyable touch to the property. The complimentary breakfast offers a selection of south indian dishes, and the staff were generally attentive and accommodating. Additionally, food delivery services like zomato and swiggy are available until midnight, providing further convenience. However, in-room dining proved to be less reliable. Although the menu offered a variety of options, many items were unavailable during our stay. We were particularly disappointed to find that even basic items like mutton and french fries were not in stock. Fortunately, there are several dining establishments within a short walking distance of the hotel. One of the major drawbacks during our stay was the noise disturbance from the rooftop dj. Despite multiple complaints, the management did not address the issue, and the response received indicated that noise levels would be higher on weekends, which reflects poorly on the hotel's customer service standards. This significantly impacted our sleep quality and overall experience. In conclusion, while the hotel offers some appealing features, the noise disruption and lack of responsiveness to guest concerns make it difficult to recommend, especially considering the price paid for the stay.

I really had a very pleasant staying experience at this property. The staff was super kind to accommodate my request for a late check out, despite being fully booked with wedding guests. I reviewed lot of hotels and finally located mount terrain resort to stay amid nature. We were able to locate the resort easily through google map. Check in process was quick and simple. Room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the view of sholayam dam from the room. Staffs were very friendly and available any time. We were served with delicious food. Order was taken promptly and served at convenient time. Food tasted like home made and served in right quantity. We also requested for a hire car to visit athirapally and was arranged promptly. Best resort, value for money and would recommend to choose mount terrain if planning to stay in valparai. Special thanks to raj, manager for making our stay pleasant.

We had the worst experience, there was some fabrication construction work going on and construction sound was very annoying and over night all the laborers were staying at such a small place. Didn't feel like staying at a hotel, i felt like staying with a bunch of labour. The breakfast tasted good, but the service needed lots of improvement. The entire place looks very clumsy. I wouldn't visit this place again.

*overcharged room price. *very poor network connection inside the hotel, not even 3g signal properly getting. *worst part, the wifi. Extremely slow. *bath towels were very old. The white towels turned yellow. It's time to replace those with new one. *there were no intercom facility in room. So for any requirement every time you have to come down to reception. There were no food menu kept for to check out. Overall they charge premium price and doesn't give any basic needs!

I don't understand the concept of 12 to 12 check in and check out. Anyways we had booked 2 rooms and went to the hotel by 6 pm and they took 30 mins to provide 1 room and more than 1. 30 hours to provide another room. But during checkout they were very sharp on timing and charged extra 500 rs for extending till 2 pm. The pol in reception area not so friendly and they don't know even the meaning of smile. The room were good and neat the breakfast was also ok. There was underground parking aswell. Will i prefer this hotel next time. No bcoz of the non friendly front office.
