來天津看演唱會的，酒店位置離奧體中心不遠，到天津站和天津西站都有公交車直達，比較方便。前台還挺好，每天可以給一張免費的洗澡票去隔壁温泉酒店免費洗澡（我沒時間所以沒去）。房間設施比較陳舊了，電視機衹能收到25個台，好多還不能看，空調就是一個通風口，不能調温度，而且空調口很臟。牆面地上很多污漬，房間裏有挺多小飛蟲。洗澡的蓮蓬頭被水垢堵了，我拿牙簽一個一個的給投了一遍。這個酒店前身是7天連鎖，真的是年久失修了。打掃衞生的阿姨很熱情。都是實話實説。

天津之行的“舒適小窩”，選對酒店太重要！ 這次帶家人來天津逛鼓樓、遊古文化街，特意選了希岸輕雅酒店鼓樓地鐵站店，結果全家都誇選得好！ 位置簡直是“寶藏級”，出地鐵2分鐘就到酒店，長者小孩不用多走路。去鼓樓看夜景、買泥人張，步行5分鐘就到，逛累了隨時能回酒店歇腳。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐看到我們帶了小孩，主動升級了空間更大的家庭房，還送了小玩偶，孩子拿到後特別開心。 房間特別乾淨，床單被罩沒有一點異味，衞生間的水漬、頭髮都清理得乾乾淨淨，讓人住得放心。床特別軟但不塌，爸媽説睡了一晚腰不酸了，隔音也超棒，晚上沒聽到地鐵或街道的噪音，全家都睡了個安穩覺。早餐種類很豐富，有適合長者的軟粥、雞蛋，也有孩子愛吃的小蛋糕、牛奶，工作人員還會主動幫我們加熱牛奶，特別貼心。 退房時不小心把孩子的水杯落在房間，前台發現後馬上聯繫我們，還幫忙寄存，等我們返程時順路取，完全沒耽誤行程。這樣的服務和體驗，必須給五星，下次帶家人來天津還住這裏！！！

酒店位置很棒！離天塔、水上公園很近，離地鐵近，生活區邊，旁邊還有個大型綜合體商場，吃飯出行很方便！酒店樓下路邊早餐很棒，都是天津傳統早點，生活區價格，很地道！酒店服務員也很周到熱情！唯一不足，可能是國慶假期，酒店價格略高，與同時段同地段同檔次酒店相比，比北京還貴！可能上合峯會讓天津火了，配套設施沒起來吧！總體來説非常滿意，下次來天津還住這！特別表揚10.3中午辦理入住的兩個前台，一男一女，做事很周到！希望生意興隆！

絕對五星推薦朋友的一個民宿。 首先：民宿地理位置非常優越，想去的三個景區（泰達航母，海洋博物館，極地海洋館，出海捕魚港口）都不遠，孩子玩的很好。 其次：民宿本身還帶一個人工沙灘（走路就到）力高海岸，之前還做了很多攻略去很麼東疆沙灘，但是我覺得樓下這個更好，主要是人少，一樣可以下海。還配套遊樂設施，充氣城堡，海上摩託艇（價格非常優惠划算，比海洋博物館裏麪便宜一半），周圍超市，海鮮燒烤走路就到。 最後想説説民宿本身，住的非常舒服，佈置的幼兒園一樣，孩子非常喜歡，海洋球滑梯，乾淨衞生，坐在床上就可以俯瞰大海。這就是我夢想中的海景房啊。民宿的服務軟件也非常好，真的是有求必應了，一次性物品準備也充分。非常舒適的一次旅行體驗。 下次有機會週末帶我家姐姐一起來住[玫瑰]一定推薦朋友過來住[玫瑰]確實值得這個價格[玫瑰][玫瑰]非常好[玫瑰]

非常非常非常滿意，住過很多酒店，鼓樓這家Novotel無論從位置、房間佈局和硬件、衞生、服務、風水都沒得挑，捨不得走。下回來一定還要住這裏！本來衹住兩天，因為住的太舒服了太滿意了，所以續訂了四晚，也因此更深度的探索了天津。酒店前台小哥看我帶父母，把家庭房幫我們升級了。房型非常好，通透，有大大的窗户，一推開門過了玄關可以第一眼看到絕美夕陽，那一刻就覺得太值了！氣場風水非常好，整個人都被好的能量滋養了。床品很舒服，隔音也好，每一晚都睡得非常好。期間我買了很多東西快遞包括重物，機器人不能送的都是酒店專人給抬上來。前台小姐姐很有眼力見，我要拆快遞，立刻拿刀幫我拆好放進一個新袋子給我，一看就是受過很專業的培訓。打掃衞生的阿姨也非常熱心，每天都會補免費飲料。每一位都是微笑服務。感謝每一位工作人員的付出，給我們的出行拉留下如此完美的體驗！
