The first portion of my stay was uneventful and just fine. No complaints. However, on the day of checkout, I was working on getting packed up to leave and at 11:03 a.m. the housekeeping supervisor banged on my door and loudly was yelling to have me open the door. I opened it to her asking when I was planning to be out of there by since "checkout is at 11 and it's 11:03." When I replied that I would like to take a shower and get cleaned up before leaving and that I could likely be done in 20-30 minutes, she responded "no, we aren't allowing late checkout because too many people on this floor are already doing late checkout. I'll be back in 15 minutes and you need to be ready to leave." I've truly never had someone be this rude at any prior hotel stay - she has no manners and I have never been to a hotel where late checkout was denied to a customer. They would still have from 12 pm to 4 pm to clean the remaining rooms which is quite a long time! All in all, I would not recommend staying here due to the disappointing customer service. Everyone else was friendly, but this employee needs to be disciplined for her out of line behavior. I would not stay here again because of this experience.
