Gorgeous exposed brick apartment in newly restored historic 2 BR, 2BA. 5 minute walk to the Arch, 2 minute walk to convention center, 2 minute walk to the Horseshoe (Caesars) Casino, 3 minute to many restaurants, 10 minute walk to Busch Stadium. The newly rehabbed historic building is 2 blocks to the MetroLink train that goes through downtown to the airport. 2 blocks to Eads Bridge and 3 block to the MississippiBuilt as a hotel in 1905 the historic building's full rehab was completed in fall 2024. The 2nd floor walk-up apartment features an upscale 2BR/2BA apartment with lots lots of exposed brick, original floors and new windows. The kitchen is well organized and has high-quality cabinets, counters and appliances. It includes all you should need to have a great family experience. The (two) bathrooms are similarly organized.We're conveniently located near most of St. Louis' top attractions only a short walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, the dome and convention center, Horseshoe Casino, Four Seasons Hotel, Mississippi River, historic Washington Avenue and all that downtown has to offer. We have stayed at many Airbnbs and care was given to make sure everything we enjoyed - and things we wish had been better - in our travels was thought through. We're 100% committed to you having a 5-star experience and will do all we reasonably can to ensure that happens.If there is ANYTHING you need to ensure you have a spectacular experience, please let us know.Guests get full use of the whole 2nd floor apartment. You'll get a door access code before your scheduled check in time.Guests are encouraged to message us through the VRBO app but, if needed, we can be reached via phone/text or email. 房間很乾凈，位置很好，趴車很方便，可以走到Arch。特別要提的是他們的服務，登記的時候前台小哥和小姐姐（都是黑人）非常熱情，開開玩笑，立刻拉近了彼此距離。我走的時候把電腦落在了房間，後來酒店給無償寄回來了，非常快。必須要狠狠表揚。

停車有點混亂,因爲酒店後面有很多,但入住後我不得不將車搬到一棟建築旁邊,這是意外的支出,但酒店,位置,房間和酒吧都很棒。意識到酒吧裏的每個人都已經認識了彼此,這有點令人不安,因爲他們實際上是俱樂部成員而不是客人,但我想這個地方的名字應該讓我明白這一點。

Two of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.

非常滿意，比其他平台優惠，而且其他平台還訂不到房。住宿環境不錯，特別喜歡那個大落地窗，森林環境設計，看着就舒服，還有那個浴室和衞生間是分開的房間，這點特別好，還配備了小朋友的浴袍。自助早餐也不錯，選擇很多，那個鹹的米果，我很喜歡吃。樓下就是游泳池，這個天氣就是適合玩水，其他設施也好玩，可惜時間不夠，好多沒玩到，老公説下次再帶寶貝們過來。寶貝們很喜歡跟動物園的小動物們互動，卡皮巴拉蠢萌蠢萌的，就是太熱了，下次選個涼快的天氣再來！

首先：服務沒得説，主動服務態度好，位置也方便。 其次：硬件設施需要重新裝修了，空調巨響，洗手間門已經關不上了，窗簾洗手枱很舊，看起來像臟的，只是很舊。停車場如果不是春節可能夠用，但是我去的時候連轉彎都轉不了，衹能倒車出去。顯示有充電樁，結果都是壞的。沒辦法去兩公裡外的充電樁去充電。 因為太累了，早餐沒有吃到，不做評價。
