I can't believe this is a Westin. Having stayed in Westins across the globe the St. Louis hotel bearing the name shows little resemblance when it comes to service, client satisfaction or managerial ability.
This hotel defended their decision to schedule loud hallway carpet cleaning during the evening and nigh hours creating a loud, disruptive environment that the desk clerk and night manager refused to correct. When asked they rudely and begrudgingly changed my room (a further inconvenience).
Upon checkout, the clerk was unable to print an invoice. The valet was nowhere to be seen at 6pm.
It's appalling and unacceptable.
