Welcome to our 2,588 SF home, a place to enjoy the sun, water, pool, boat, fishing or simply relax. Newly furnished , remodeled kitchen, and carefully decorated to make you feel at home. 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths sleeps about 10 guest. Master bedroom #1 with king size bed and beautiful view to pool and water, 2nd master bedroom with two queen size beds. These two rooms share a bathroom or there is a 3rd full bathroom right outside master bedroom. 3rd and 4th room each have a queen size bed. These 2 rooms also share a bathroom, Plenty of closet space through the house. Living room has the most comfortable sofa that can also accommodate about 2 guest. There a new TV's in every room with Netflix and plenty of channels to watch. Dinning room is equipped for 6 people but can accommodate more and extra chairs are available. Kitchen area with breakfast table and bar stools looking outside has been fully remodeled with brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. In the spacious garage we have 2 bikes, stroller and some fishing equipment. Outside you will find in terrace a pool table, another kitchen area to cook outside with sink, a third full bathroom, table and chairs, also the pool with lounge chairs and bbq. Then comes the dock where you can keep a boat as big as 32 feet long, fish from dock or simply sit and watch sunset or a dolphin family swim by or manatees.You will have access to all rooms on the property including Garage where we keep our personal things. Please do not remove anything from the house that you did not bring.We have a guest book available at the home with important numbers, places, restaurants and more for your convenience. We will be glad to give you notes on our favorite restaurants and things to do.One of the best rated beaches in Marco is Tiger Tail beach which is not far and is open to public. We have another beach that is for residents only or you can get a permit with city if staying longer than a week, you can ride your bike to it. 位置相當不錯,有不錯的酒吧/俱樂部和像麥克斯韋FC這樣的實惠的食物。步行幾分鐘到麥克斯韋地鐵,大概步行10分鐘到奧特拉姆地鐵。房間挺不錯的,有充足的空間放行李,還有一個坐墊區坐坐也不錯。廁所太小了,打開門到淋浴區時幾乎沒有空間移動。馬桶裏沒有坐浴盆,也沒有加熱座椅,淋浴壓力和瞬間熱都挺好的。房間隔音過得去,上面房間沉重的房門砰砰聲和走路聲都能聽到。游泳池很小,可能適合拍攝麥克斯韋概述的照片,而不是一個高度和長度短的圈池。客房服務很快回答了我的要求,不幸的是,沒有自助洗衣店,但有洗衣服務。總而言之,以其位置和價格點,它仍然是一個不錯的酒店入住。

優點： 1、地理位置超級優越，地鐵MA XWELL站下來徒步5分鐘就到了。酒店非常舒適温馨，小小的Check in小窗口和別緻的小房間，最喜歡的是那張書桌。每天寫寫日記太舒服了。酒店人員也非常熱情，一般都是三點才能入住，我一點半到的，也給我辦理入住了，房間沒有房卡，會讓你自己設定一個密碼，還有大門喝開水房也會給你一個密碼，以防工作人員不在的時候自己可以開門。 2、打卡點很近：旁邊是一個印度廟，一早有很多印度人來朝拜，牛車水大廈、佛牙寺、寶塔街、珍珠坊、馬裏安曼新都廟都很近，都在徒步15分鐘之內。晚上的唐人街真的好熱鬧，紀念品這裏買比較划算，款式更多更便宜。 3、網紅美食點也很近：推薦的是了凡油雞飯、99老樹榴蓮、珍香園甜品店和Roti烘焙，Queic by Olivia流心芝士蛋糕、TOMO咖啡、亞坤也都在附近。 4、温馨提示：牛車水大廈二樓都是平價美食老店，很多當地人會去吃。早上去那裡吃也不錯，不要錯過呀！草根書屋和未完成書店有空也記得去看看。 缺點：美中不足的是衞生間的馬桶和洗手枱以及淋浴噴頭太近確實有點不習慣😅

優點：出行方便，離幾個地鐵站近，幾個景點步行十分鐘都可以到；遇到的其他女生也都很安靜，彼此不打擾，有素質。 缺點：作為青旅床確實很小，和大學宿舍的差不多；空間比較小，坐直抬頭困難。廁所在外面公用所以沒有空調，特別悶熱。酒吧聲音確實挺大的，我從第二晚開始能睡得着，但是對聲音敏感的人會覺得很難受。

員工態度: 我和丈夫去新加坡短暫的假期,但是我錯誤地預訂了一間單人牀房。 入住的時候問印度女經紀人能否變更爲特大牀,現在雖然很困難,但是隻要等一個小時就可以。 當時是下午4點左右,所以想暫時參觀一下週圍,所以說要那樣做,緊接着又出現了另一位印度男性職員,突然說根本不可能變更房間。因爲是滿室,所以只能從第二天開始更換房間,真是無語,很驚慌。 剛才說有特大號牀間,突然換了話,很困惑,第一次接待我們的女職員也覺得情況很尷尬,表情有點僵硬。 作爲參考那個女職員也不是很親切只是需要的話很硬的感覺..。 結果,我整整3晚都住在單人間,幸運的是,我睡得很香,但是入住過程中的不便和缺乏一致性令人遺憾。 噪音: 可能是因爲位於繁華街道,所以每天晚上都能聽到一點噪音。 我們的房間在二樓,就在對面,有餐廳和酒吧,所以有兩個營業至深夜的搖滾酒吧。 可能是因爲那些店。所以第一天晚上很敏感所以很累但是因爲聲音沒能睡到早上只睡了2個小時..。 客房清潔狀態: 房間總體狀況良好,整潔。 牀墊既不硬也不柔軟,可以舒服地睡覺。 牀上用品也很乾淨,沒有味道, 浴室裏有乳液、香皂、杯子等基本的Americati 服務: 我記得我退房後才把免稅店買的泡沫清潔劑放在客房桌子上。 我已經搬到另一家酒店並辦理了入住手續,但我急忙再次去了。 幸運的是,第一天幫助辦理登機手續的印度女職員 他立即聯繫了清潔人員,並立即找到了丟失的物品! 說實話第一次接待的時候有點可惜, 非常感謝您最後照顧我^^ 在旅行地接受這種細心的接待後,您會感到輕鬆ㅎㅎ

跟娃玩了兩天，第一天住parkroyal collection marina bay,第二天住這兒，位置上對比來説交通確實不夠便利，地鐵坐到newton站，出來走了二十分鐘才到，步行還有幾個上坡路段，好在就是背包加小登機箱，沒多少東西，大行李箱果斷打車吧，地鐵站到酒店也就10塊左右，酒店附近的公交站牌（190A/972A）供參考。房間跟之前曾住過的mecure iocn中心美居相比來的大，餐食差不多。周邊環境還可以，從地鐵站走過來路上貌似有幾個不錯的餐廳？房間隔音一般，晚上可以聽得見飛機起降。前台服務不錯，溝通後從大床改為雙床。住這兒的亞裔面孔來的要多一些。

酒店在史蒂芬的富人區，周邊衹有一些西餐廳，日本餐廳，7-11便利店，要去食閣或者便宜超市的話，要走1.幾公里到Newton， 房間很乾凈，毛巾，床上用品都是舒服的； 每天需要按打掃鈴，不然可能會不被打掃房間， 默認的洗漱用品就是牙刷，如果需要其他刮鬍刀，浴帽什麼的，需要額外提出來，客房服務員會送到房間，拖鞋是薄款的； 酒店有2個游泳池，一個健身房，和隔壁的Mercure合用； 酒店有班車，可以去烏節路，Steven地鐵站，特別方便，就是要看好班車時間，來回都能乘； 酒店門口還有一輛190路公交車，可以到很多市區的景點，比如烏節路，福康寧公園，警察局，唐人街，都能到，特別方便。

環境超級棒，非常乾淨！真的很值得，去的晚自助入住，床位從單人升級成了雙人床位，很大。老闆人也很好，一起聊天，在青旅也認識了很多外國人，一起聊天，加email。還有免費早餐，免費直飲水，免費小零食（小零食也很好吃）。唯一缺點就是晚上空調風比較大，早上起來有一點點冷。總之下次來一定還會住這家店！

這次來新加坡短途旅行住了四晚。性價比很高，地理位置也很好，就在烏節路旁邊，百利宮購物中心後面。房間整潔乾淨，不過要注意的是，他們隔天才打掃一次。 屋頂泳池雖然不大，但玩水也夠了。健身房很小，只有幾台跑步機和一些自由重量器械，所以別抱太大期望。 總而言之，如果你想在烏節路附近找個經濟實惠的住宿，這裡是個不錯的選擇。
