Located close in, you can easily forget the car and walk, or take public transportation, which is easily accessible. Come discover a city filled with phenomenal restaurants, farmers markets, outdoor craft markets, live music, theatre, performing arts and so much more. With so much to see, you'll be planning your next trip before you leave. It happens all the time!Long term rentals are welcome!!This modern, contemporary home was built five years ago and features an open main floor layout, conducive to entertaining, with the added benefit of a private office on the main floor, as well a half bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and even things like a crock pot. We provide white on white plates and more , with 18 of each, so you don’t need to run dishes after each meal! The gas pebble fireplace makes for a cozy retreat on cold winters days, nestled between the two living couches. Alternatively, in the summer heat, we have central air conditioning throughout the house. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master ensuite is huge and has a luxurious king sized bed and tv. The bathroom hosts a double sink and extra large tiled shower. The closet is larger than some peoples bedrooms! I wish I had one of those! The other two bedrooms have queen and full sized beds, and share a full bathroom. The fully equipped laundry room is also located on this level, which also holds additional linens and towels. Per city code, a full time resident resides on the ground level of the property, allowing this to be legal vaction rental, and as such is permitted through the city of Portland. There is no access between the full time residents unit and the main house. Please note that this is a no smoking and no pet property. Violation of either will result in a $500.00 fine. In addition, in order to maintain the beauty of this home, we ask that you not wear shoes in our home. We provide slippers at the front entry, but feel free to bring your own.As a side note, we just installed a smart doorbell at the front door. We also have an ADT security system, which is active when we do not have guests. This property is legally permitted with the City of Portland: 15-147666-000-00-LU🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟As a side note, please consider purchasing a cancellation insurance policy prior to your reservation, through CSA Insurance. It’s filled with original artwork and handmade furniture (nothing too fragile though… kids encouraged!). It offers a clean, modern space for people to stay while exploring Portland, catching up with family, or visiting for work. The house will comfortably accommodate a large family, children or adult. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed and adjacent private sitting/TV room, two queen sized bedrooms with comfy reading nooks, and a bedroom with twin beds that are perfect for children or adults. Good sleep is a priority on vacation and the beds have new memory foam mattresses, high quality linens, and high quality down comforters and pillows. This house has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which lets your family hover around the cooking without being completely in the way. There are two brand new modern bathrooms stocked with high quality EO soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as other essentials. In addition, the house has a second very large living room/TV/game room in the furnished basement with a large smart TV, sound system, and a huge game/craft table that can seat everyone. Also in the furnished basement is the private laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. The house has high-speed gig internet (with a brand new high speed modem and new high end router), as well as books and games for guests to enjoy.The newly remodeled kitchen has new stainless steel appliances which include a five burner gas range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish ware, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchen utensils and other essentials for those planning to cook at home. Quality coffee and tea are provided for guests.House is covid safe with it's own stand-alone AC, heat, ventilation.The outdoor space includes a beautiful front yard with porch seating for two and newly fenced and landscaped backyard, with lush green grass and a Weber gas grill on the back porch, setting the stage for enjoyable outdoor activities, relaxation, and delightful BBQ experiences.Street parking is usually easy in front of the house and has never been an issue on this street.Guests have access to the entire three level house, front porch, front yard, and private laundry room, except for the bedroom in the basement that I use when I do not have guests (it will be locked). There is private access to a back porch with a nice Weber gas grill in the newly fenced and landscaped backyard. The detached cottage in the back yard is where I stay when I have renters so I'll be on the property if you need anything. The backyard is the only shared space. No parts of the house are shared or occupied when you rent it.I live at this property and stay in the detached cottage in the backyard. Peninsula Park is one of the oldest neighborhood parks in Portland and is home to the first public garden in the city. The rose garden is one of the most relaxing and picturesque green spaces in the area.Parking is a sinch and I've never waited more than three -five minutes for a Lyft or Uber. Sip coffee on your enclosed bamboo lined patio, walk to Portland's best foodie restaurants and shops! Mere Steps to restaurant row on N Williams and Shaver and bustling bars shops restaurants on Mississippi. Full kitchen, new bath, genuine mid century furniture and (real) art by local artists and a location that can't be beat! You are in for a true Portland experience here! I have lots of tips and recommendations too, but only if you need them: It would be my pleasure to host you! 這個地方很棒,但是當我到那裏的時候,那個正在工作的人開始說一些話,比如“這裏很安靜”,“你不想開派對,是嗎?”然後開始說最近有人來過,想這麼做,我猜想他之所以留下來是因爲我一個AA女人。我提醒他我的年齡(當他拿着我的身份證時),他然後告訴我必須付200美元的押金。在預訂房間之前,我被告知50美元。這讓我回到我的賽跑中,在我花了近200美元才拿到房間後,有人告訴我,所以我在後面很沮喪。

這個酒店是一個比較老的酒店，環境乾淨整潔，旁邊就是一個河和公園（可以酒店借自行車）吃這一塊是單獨的，我最喜歡的是下午茶，陽光，風景，食物。早餐也不錯的，很美式。如果不在這裏吃，要去比較遠的地方吃。建議住這裏要打的或者租車。附近走路是沒有店鋪的。買瓶水都買不到。這點不太方便。離市中心打車15分鐘左右吧，離機場也不遠，我們早上的飛機，開了20分鐘到了。spa我沒做，因為下午6點就關門了。我覺得帶孩子可以，牀很大，房間的空間也很大。有停車場的。

真心覺得這個酒店配不上“喜來登”這個品牌！先說入住吧，那天到機場等他家的免費shutter就等了整整半小時，偏偏又沒料到波特蘭晚上這麼冷，衣服穿少了，凍成狗了！然後好不容易車來了，司機都不下車搬行李，整個一老爺，所以我也果斷沒給小費！到了酒店前台，辦理入住，又不幸碰上個有種族歧視嫌疑的妹子，一看到我們是中國人，立馬把臉拉長了不少，心情不好地辦理了入住，到房間一看，果然給的是一樓最偏僻的客房，走了好遠不說，拉開窗帘，衹看見一堵牆！唉，真鬱悶！想想晚上十點了，懶得再去換房間了，準備洗洗睡了，結果發現下水道不通！真是火冒三丈，趕緊打前台電話維修，還好這次的維修工來得較快，總算在11點之前洗上了澡！這像喜來登酒店嗎？真懷疑我住了假的喜來登！還有，住一樓的另一個壞處是，酒店一樓的餐館油煙直往房間灌，偏偏浴室沒有排氣扇！所以在油煙味的陪伴下，我們很不愉快地度過了一晚！真心不推薦這個酒店！

非常舒適的酒店，提供免費自助早餐，早餐在美國來講算是比較豐富了，可以自己做華夫餅，有蛋餅🥞，培根🥓，水果🍉，燕麥粥🥣等，我們三個人，定了兩卧室套房，每個房間都有衛生間，整體很有空間感，舒適！就是酒店停車比較貴，45美金一天，我們就停在酒店門口馬路對麪了，是路邊停車場，晚上免費。

一個字:完美! 毫無疑問,我住過的最好的酒店,沒有花更多的錢。我有一個很棒的角落房間,光線充足,設施非常出色:舒適的牀,水壓良好的大浴室,設施套件(見圖),巨大的電視(不像許多酒店易於操作),明智的燈開關,大量的電源插座,牀的每一側的USB充電,柔軟的長袍,優秀的柱塞咖啡機,冰箱,室內保險箱等。老實說,我沒有什麼錯。工作人員非常好。酒吧和餐廳也很好。我只希望我在那裏多住2晚。很棒的住宿。

一進房間就有一種刺鼻的味道，對氣味敏感的人來説很難受，房間內有廚房有電子爐，但是沒有任何的餐具廚房成了一個擺設，衞生間裏有蟲子，小朋友手上被咬了一個包過去一天了還沒有消退，不會再回去，建議對氣味敏感的人不要選擇

我們從肯尼迪機場一晚的航班延遲到達那裏,非常晚!我們在地中海巡航15天,已經飛行了17個小時。我爲我姐姐和我預訂了一個延遲入住的標準間,因爲那裏包裝很差,有5個大小不同的重行李箱。我選擇了Holiday Inn@PDX,因爲它靠近機場,並提供班車服務!在航天飛機司機的幫助下,我們把所有的東西都裝在車上,但隨身行李都裝在車上。登記入住後,我們拿到了2樓房間的鑰匙。我們艱難地爬到2號,設法用快門把手提箱從電梯裏拿出來,然後來到我們指定的房間,結果發現“鑰匙”不起作用再多的重新插入也不會讓它相信;所以我的 Sis 回到前台,得到了3樓套房的鑰匙! 我們來到那套房間,迎接的是一個精緻的黑暗和沉悶的深褐色,但很好的兩個房間套房。房間很乾淨,但是假日酒店位於這個地方,如果非常陳舊,他們盡了最大的努力提供便利設施,以容納和彌補老年人。咖啡製造商沒有工作,但其他一切都似乎如此。國王牀超級舒服,但是地毯很舊,而且破爛不堪,客廳的壁爐從一個旅行袋裏燒掉了,這讓我的新品牌從未穿過納蒂卡·帕菲夾克和手提包!不知道它甚至還在上面。一兩個晚上的墜機的好地方,但不再是。牀超級棒!!

旅館的位置超棒，就在MAX輕軌站旁，機場出來後可以直接搭MAX抵達(但注意Convention Center站2019.2.20關閉到5月底，這段時間前往可能要在前一站下車)，要搭往市區方向也很方便。NBA比賽的球場在附近(一站的距離)，要吃東西的話在走路可到的距離內也有不少選擇，想在附近購物可以去逛一下Lloyd Center Mall(走路約十分鐘)。分配到的房間蠻大的，房內有咖啡機、微波爐、還有一個小吧台，唯一可惜是面向輕軌站比較吵一點，但對沒有睡眠障礙的我是沒影響的。
