This beautiful newly built home is located in the quiet residential University Park neighborhood. Located within walking distance from a diverse offering of restaurants, bars, shops, and parks and only a short jaunt to the University of Portland makes this house a convenient place to stay while in Portland. It was thoughtfully designed with cathedral ceilings that allow for an ample amount of light. The light is easily filtered with motor operated blinds. When sleeping in the upstairs bedroom, you will awake to sounds of a variety of birds that dwell in the surrounding canopy of trees.This is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home with a separate gated entrance and private garden. It is fully furnished with all new appliances, cookware, and linens. It has a washer/ dryer, air conditioning, and a dual fuel stove. This 800 sq ft home has been tastefully decorated and is very inviting. It is located 1/2 mile from the University of Portland and 1 mile from the quaint neighborhood of St. Johns with a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and parks. The beautiful St. Johns Bridge and Cathedral Park are just a 1-mile walk from the home. The nearest grocery store New Seasons is located just three blocks down the street and McKenna Park is just one block behind the home. Fred Meyer shopping is located just four blocks away. There is a designated off street parking spot for two vehicles . Located close in, you can easily forget the car and walk, or take public transportation, which is easily accessible. Come discover a city filled with phenomenal restaurants, farmers markets, outdoor craft markets, live music, theatre, performing arts and so much more. With so much to see, you'll be planning your next trip before you leave. It happens all the time!Long term rentals are welcome!!This modern, contemporary home was built five years ago and features an open main floor layout, conducive to entertaining, with the added benefit of a private office on the main floor, as well a half bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and even things like a crock pot. We provide white on white plates and more , with 18 of each, so you don’t need to run dishes after each meal! The gas pebble fireplace makes for a cozy retreat on cold winters days, nestled between the two living couches. Alternatively, in the summer heat, we have central air conditioning throughout the house. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master ensuite is huge and has a luxurious king sized bed and tv. The bathroom hosts a double sink and extra large tiled shower. The closet is larger than some peoples bedrooms! I wish I had one of those! The other two bedrooms have queen and full sized beds, and share a full bathroom. The fully equipped laundry room is also located on this level, which also holds additional linens and towels. Per city code, a full time resident resides on the ground level of the property, allowing this to be legal vaction rental, and as such is permitted through the city of Portland. There is no access between the full time residents unit and the main house. Please note that this is a no smoking and no pet property. Violation of either will result in a $500.00 fine. In addition, in order to maintain the beauty of this home, we ask that you not wear shoes in our home. We provide slippers at the front entry, but feel free to bring your own.As a side note, we just installed a smart doorbell at the front door. We also have an ADT security system, which is active when we do not have guests. 這個酒店是一個比較老的酒店，環境乾淨整潔，旁邊就是一個河和公園（可以酒店借自行車）吃這一塊是單獨的，我最喜歡的是下午茶，陽光，風景，食物。早餐也不錯的，很美式。如果不在這裏吃，要去比較遠的地方吃。建議住這裏要打的或者租車。附近走路是沒有店鋪的。買瓶水都買不到。這點不太方便。離市中心打車15分鐘左右吧，離機場也不遠，我們早上的飛機，開了20分鐘到了。spa我沒做，因為下午6點就關門了。我覺得帶孩子可以，牀很大，房間的空間也很大。有停車場的。

真心覺得這個酒店配不上“喜來登”這個品牌！先說入住吧，那天到機場等他家的免費shutter就等了整整半小時，偏偏又沒料到波特蘭晚上這麼冷，衣服穿少了，凍成狗了！然後好不容易車來了，司機都不下車搬行李，整個一老爺，所以我也果斷沒給小費！到了酒店前台，辦理入住，又不幸碰上個有種族歧視嫌疑的妹子，一看到我們是中國人，立馬把臉拉長了不少，心情不好地辦理了入住，到房間一看，果然給的是一樓最偏僻的客房，走了好遠不說，拉開窗帘，衹看見一堵牆！唉，真鬱悶！想想晚上十點了，懶得再去換房間了，準備洗洗睡了，結果發現下水道不通！真是火冒三丈，趕緊打前台電話維修，還好這次的維修工來得較快，總算在11點之前洗上了澡！這像喜來登酒店嗎？真懷疑我住了假的喜來登！還有，住一樓的另一個壞處是，酒店一樓的餐館油煙直往房間灌，偏偏浴室沒有排氣扇！所以在油煙味的陪伴下，我們很不愉快地度過了一晚！真心不推薦這個酒店！

我們從肯尼迪機場一晚的航班延遲到達那裏,非常晚!我們在地中海巡航15天,已經飛行了17個小時。我爲我姐姐和我預訂了一個延遲入住的標準間,因爲那裏包裝很差,有5個大小不同的重行李箱。我選擇了Holiday Inn@PDX,因爲它靠近機場,並提供班車服務!在航天飛機司機的幫助下,我們把所有的東西都裝在車上,但隨身行李都裝在車上。登記入住後,我們拿到了2樓房間的鑰匙。我們艱難地爬到2號,設法用快門把手提箱從電梯裏拿出來,然後來到我們指定的房間,結果發現“鑰匙”不起作用再多的重新插入也不會讓它相信;所以我的 Sis 回到前台,得到了3樓套房的鑰匙! 我們來到那套房間,迎接的是一個精緻的黑暗和沉悶的深褐色,但很好的兩個房間套房。房間很乾淨,但是假日酒店位於這個地方,如果非常陳舊,他們盡了最大的努力提供便利設施,以容納和彌補老年人。咖啡製造商沒有工作,但其他一切都似乎如此。國王牀超級舒服,但是地毯很舊,而且破爛不堪,客廳的壁爐從一個旅行袋裏燒掉了,這讓我的新品牌從未穿過納蒂卡·帕菲夾克和手提包!不知道它甚至還在上面。一兩個晚上的墜機的好地方,但不再是。牀超級棒!!

酒店位置好，就在先鋒廣場附近100米距離，酒店代客泊車小貴，為了省錢我停到300米外的露天停車場，有好幾個，刷卡買時間，從來沒見到過工作人員，突然懷念國內的服務。

旅館的位置超棒，就在MAX輕軌站旁，機場出來後可以直接搭MAX抵達(但注意Convention Center站2019.2.20關閉到5月底，這段時間前往可能要在前一站下車)，要搭往市區方向也很方便。NBA比賽的球場在附近(一站的距離)，要吃東西的話在走路可到的距離內也有不少選擇，想在附近購物可以去逛一下Lloyd Center Mall(走路約十分鐘)。分配到的房間蠻大的，房內有咖啡機、微波爐、還有一個小吧台，唯一可惜是面向輕軌站比較吵一點，但對沒有睡眠障礙的我是沒影響的。

大堂和房間看起來很棒。電梯很快,不必等太久。工作人員很友好,但我們要求洗衣袋,但至少等了40分鐘。早餐區很好,食物還可以。但不是很多選擇可以吃。位置很棒!離市中心那麼近。停車費我覺得是39-40?還可以但還是不明白爲什麼我們住酒店需要支付停車費(但我猜大部分酒店都是這樣)我希望他們房間裏有紙拖鞋。
