|距離市中心0.34kmIt is my pleasure to visit Horseland every year since 2006. Never ever once did I ever think that I would be going to any other resort in Matheran. This place has such a wonderful staff that it astonishes me. The activities they have for the weekdays and weekends are wonderful. As far as the food is concerned, it is delicious. There is a lot of effort put into ensuring that all the traditions are observed. Beautiful environment just feels like a perfect family place. I am eagerly waiting to visit again. Lovely DJ with housie and lots of games for Children and Adult. I love Matheran because of Horseland Resort. My special thanks to Praveen, Mahesh, Omkar and all the staff of Horseland.

|距離市中心30.18kmEverything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean rooms,roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.food was good and great value for money and services was attentive. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable,specially front desk was very quick. Mr.sahil who was help and ame for the room upgrade and mr kunal was well groomed .highly recommend this hotel due to the outstanding service provided by the front office staff.

|距離市中心31.84kmPositives: clean rooms, polite staff negatives: biggest issue about this place is access road to hotel is so narrow that there is always bottleneck at some point. Vehicles all can exit or enter but two way commute is not possible. So if you are planning to go out for sightseeing frequently, this hotel is not for you. Another issue we faced is pathetic food management by restaurant in this resort. There is no proper dining area. It's not clean either. When we arrived at hotel by 2 pm, manager informed us that restaurant closes by 3 pm so give order immediately. We placed our order at 2. 30, restaurant guy told that our order will be ready by 3 pm but to our shock, we didn't receive our order even by 5 pm. Like us, they accepted many orders in short window but couldn't complete any of it. Literally everyone who placed order was arguing for resolution and restaurant staff had 0 answers. Just pathetic and unprofessional. Overall feedback is negative. Avoid this hotel unless you are ready to compromise on your expectations.

|距離市中心44.12kmWe had a lovely stay at Radisson Blu Karjat. Its a beautiful property close to nature. We came for my wife’s birthday and the team at Radisson made sure to make our stay comfortable and special. They decorated our room and gave us a complimentary cake. They are very helpful and kind. The staff at Palms restaurant, specially Mahima assisted us really well. We recommend this property to everyone.

|距離市中心11.27kmWe stayed here for 2n3d. Rooms are clean. Staff is good. Vibes are good. Specially the activities and parties they have over weekend. The only biggest disappointment was food. We were informed that chef had left so every order of our took atleast 60-90 minutes. Also very very limited options were ordered. Like 1 or 2 in breakfast and like wise. If u skip having meals here it's a marvelous place with great staff.

|距離市中心7.33kmPerfect location midst of nature having privacy & relaxation. Resort is clean & provides exciting hospitality. In-house Adventure Activities like Rock Climbing Rappelling Archery. Manager Mr. Sachin Waghela is very helpful gave excellent guidance for water activities at Kolad. Service of other support staffs was very prompt & helpful even though the resort was full of guests. We forget the charger in our room and we come to know, when we reach Mumbai. I asked hotel manager Mr. Sachin Waghela to check for the same. He immediately asked me to text the address and he sends the charger immediately to my address. I have never seen such superb service. Thanks to all MR. Waghela and all other support staff, We have taken stay with food packages which are fully inclusive of breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner which was value addition to our trip as they have their own restaurant Govida by Kamath. The ambience of hotel was superb and having good capacity. We had a great food experience by having highly tasty and authentic food. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this resort and hotel to every couple and families. You won’t regret just be there for lovely weekend with family and friends.
