1) Dirty Pool water (white dots of all over water in the pool) 2) Obnoxius price of so called Chargeable Games facility - bowling ally 800 per game, etc. 3) After spending 12k, only good part is - very courteous staff, radisson blu tag, very tasty breakfast. Recreation is a nothing.

Our stay was a very pleasant one. I would like to thank the house keeping team for making our anniversary special and the chef for a wonderful cake. I would recommend this property to the people who are looking for a comfortable stay after their hectic routine, the staff will literally take care of everything. It felt like my mother’s home to me. Thank you Radisson, see you soon!

Stay was avrage, small property, only for monsoon

Staycation was awesome. Food was great. Villa was beautiful. Buffet spread was good awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. A big shout out and 5 star ratings to Nazma, Mahima, Sandip & Somnath.

Guys please consider a repeat business from us. A special mention to FOM Hitesh a dehradun guy and your team, appreciate your dedication and passion towards work and the way you have "never say no attitude" just riding up your sleeves it's just commendable. We took the 2 bedroom villa for 2 nights. The positives: Spacious Clean Well equipped The negatives: Outsides are not well maintained Villa interiors are basic, not luxurious. They are outdated Highly Overpriced given the interiors and exteriors Rooms at the resort are much better Villas are away from the rooms The electricity of only our villa went off in the middle on the night at 2am. With a small child and 2 senior citizens in the peak of summer this was highly inconvenient. However, the technicians arrived in 5mins and fixed the issue , it took them an hour approx. The biggest disappointment was that the main pool was given away to a wedding. They built a ramp in the middle of the pool for the ceremony and so the other residents couldn’t access the pool for 3 days. They made a HUGE mess, with flower petals, wood, nails, murky water due to that ramp. The hotel should have informed us that the pool will be inaccessible. They charged us for it in the room rate obviously. Travelling with family in the peak of summer, spending time at the pool was a big part of our plan. They told us to use a dingy small pool at the back of the resort instead. But we got even more irritated because the water was so murky that we couldn’t see the bottom of it. Highly disappointed. Any other five star hotel chain would never do this especially on a weekend in summer. When we communicated our disappointment to the ***ager about the electricity and pool issue, he all but gave us a discount of ₹500. Food is great, service is overall good. Fun park was fun but games are overpriced. Would we visit again? Yes, but won’t stay in the outdated and neglected villas and will most definitely ask if the pool is accessible during our dates.

We wanted to have staycation at the place that would give us a needed relaxation with a needed break and we are very happy we selected this place as it’s self sufficient resort with things for all age group, special thank you to staff , Kalpana didi and Puja for taking care of our requests in a amazing way. Special thank you for the little surprise cake arrangements for husbands birthday. breakfast and dinner buffet is huge with multiple options. But try place even on hot summer days as well well, we spender three days without moving out of the property. A Big thank you to staff again.

We’ve been to multiple Radisson Blu properties but the food at this one was particularly exquisite. And I believe part of the pleasure was because of the smiling faces of staff- Nazma, Sakshi, Ashish, Chef Mayuri, Vishal, Sagar, Ranjan, ***deep- to name a few, always made sure we were always comfortable. We look forward to coming back and enjoying the delicious food and the relaxing amenities again.

Beautiful resort. They’re under slight renovation but it did not inconvenience us. Our room from the main drop off were quite a distance away and housekeeping takes a while to respond. Overall very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and shout out to breakfast staff Ms Dolly, Mr Prashant, Gopinath and Nazma for their amazing service.
