Tons of local restaurants, bars, playgrounds, grocery stores, and the artistic scene are within minutes of driving and in many cases, walking distance. Disney is only 35 minutes away, Seaworld 25 minutes, and Universal 20 minutes. We are an hour away from the Atlantic Ocean on the east and two hours from the Gulf of Mexico on the west. Upscale Winter Park is just down the street. The location is perfect for anything you want to do.The spaceOur home is nestled on a brick paved street. The guest house has a separate entrance, a large backyard, and a covered picnic table.Guest accessThere is a picnic table just outside the Clementine that you are welcome to use. We have a charcoal grill that you can use as well, just make sure you clean it afterwards. Grill tools are in the main house so let me know if you need them. Our kids also have a trampoline. 這家酒店算是旅途中的一個驚喜，雖然是新開的酒店，但是房間沒有味道，洗衣服務也很方便，門口就是一個很大的停車場以及加油站，酒店的房間也比想象中要大很多，活動空間非常大。服務在這一趟河北之旅裏面來説算是中等吧，沒有很熱情，但也沒有失誤的地方。
