Stunningly beautiful chalet/holiday home, peaceful location, directly on the ski slope in the 'Kitzbühel/Kirchberg' ski region up in the mountains at 1100 m.max. 10 people, large luxurious wellness area- Can be rented weekly as a holiday home/chalet - The holiday home was newly built in 2005 and newly furnished in a Tyrol style. It has a large wellness area (sauna/whirlpool) and an integrated apartment (with additional kitchen, living room, etc.). You can rent the entire house for up to 10 people on about 240 m2 of living space.Ski fans start directly in front of the house on the ski slope to the lift (gondola) and come directly back to the house. The completely newly built wellness area has about 45 m2 with a whirlpool/jacuzzi for 4 people, a spacious sauna and a spacious shower area, own WC and sink. Last season, the ski regions of Mittersill and Westendorf were connected with new lifts. The Chalet Katharina is in the middle of the ski region on the valley descent Pengelstein/Skirast, 200 m above the Schroll inn. This romantic and spacious mountain hut is located just off the Krinbergweg in Kirchberg near Kitzbühel. It is easily accessible by car in summer and in winter. A south-facing terrace offers a wonderful view of the Rettenstein and invites you to barbecue and to sit together in a nice, cozy atmosphere. There are 7 beds and also a slightly smaller bed and a children's bed (160cm) made of wood. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be offered on request. (€ 10 per bed, towels € 5 per person) A cozy tiled stove and a small kitchen with an old wood stove, two ceramic hobs (electric) and a bathroom with shower and toilet ensure good comfort. The living area of the hut is furnished with a large couch.The hut itself is around 1-2 km away from the secured ski slopes. For experienced skiers it can be reached on gentle slopes with the skis. The valley station of the Pengelstein1 gondola lift can be reached from the hut.In spring, summer and autumn, the beautiful mountain landscape right around the hut offers many destinations for hikes and excursions.
