我只住了一晚,接待人員非常小心,一些不小心的基本設施,房間裏有一間電流,窗戶不能,色片中有氧細節的,屏破裂,面部和手被在某些部門,有氧,幕的塑料保護器破裂(缺少一塊 ) 。我沒有,我不得不用毛出,沒有保險箱,沒有早餐,沒有行李。

The room was quite spacious, has kitchen pantry for simple cooking and microwave. Slightly old interior but was neat. Service was average, the receptionist was willing to answer questions but not eager to help. Location was alright, around 20-25 mins to old town by tram. However we did not find large supermarkets near the hotel, there were small convenience shops 3-5 mins away.

地理位置極好，就在查理大橋附近，離老城區也很近，絕大多數景點可以步行到達。房間很大，很乾凈，衞生間也很大。早餐種類不算特別豐富吧，不過好在每天都會更新小部分菜式。唯一不足的就是，一進大門就是一道樓梯，拎大行李箱可能不太方便（不過從旁邊一道小門進去有電梯），另外我們的房間就在前台旁邊，每次開門進出都感覺有點怪怪的，其他還好。

優點：位置就在天文鐘對麪。裝修還不錯，給了樓下三家餐廳15%dicount的打折卡。 缺點：非常致命的缺點是特別特別吵！！！我和小伙伴4月20號住在二樓220，整晚都有人非常大聲的吵鬧、說話，街上路過的行人的聲音、樓下餐館盤子的碰撞聲、露台上人們交談聲全都聽得十分清楚，甚至樓下餐廳的氣味也能被聞到。窗戶一點隔音效果也沒有，直到夜裡近兩點我們都沒有睡着，衹能下樓去找前台工作人員。酒店工作人員明知經常有客人投訴這種情況，但在我們預訂以及入住前都沒有盡到任何告知義務，麪對我們的投訴，工作人員既沒有去找出噪音的源頭，也沒有採取任何其他措施，衹是給我們提供了耳塞。我們要求換房，也未得到回應。作為酒店，最基本的職能是為客人提供安靜舒適的睡眠環境，然而在這家酒店的入住體驗非常差，我和小伙伴幾乎整晚未眠，第二天一大早又要去趕火車，導致我們身心俱疲。 我們不知道是衹有我們住的這間房會有這樣的情況還是每間房都這樣，但以我們的體驗來說，非常不推薦大家定這家酒店！

非常喜歡這家酒店！ literally 就在泰恩教堂的旁邊，從窗户就看到。到老城的所有景點都是步行的距離。從布拉格中央車站走過去也不會很遠，當然也可以打車。 酒店從lobby到旋轉樓梯到走廊到房間，都很精緻。早餐的餐廳小卻很優雅，東西也很豐富。不像其他五星酒店人很多，這裏房間就不多，人很少，所以整個住的就很愜意，很有格調。

酒店位於城堡區山坡中間，位置好，去城堡五分鐘，去下麪的教堂最多三分鐘，到電車中轉站也三分鐘，交通很便利。酒店目前被一個意大利老闆包了經營，人很客氣，總是笑容滿麪，也很樂意回答任何問題，反倒是前台一個中國小伙似乎沒那麼多客氣，酒店設施還行，本身是一家有歷史的老房子，各類擺設可以看出房子年代，早餐也很豐盛，服務員態度都很不錯，也能夠照顧到各類需要，比較推薦！

酒店地段不錯，離老城區步行10分鐘，周邊地鐵公交也很豐富。酒店衛生實在不敢恭維，第一天晚上到的比較晚，想燒個熱水，結果燒水壺裡小半壺水，裏面還漂着一朵朵的霉斑，直接噁心到吐出來。第二天拿水壺去跟前台說，一句道歉，一個補償都沒有！！！第二天半夜衛生間的燈開了后直接關不掉了，不知道原因，后兩晚都在亮燈的環境下睡覺。還有，不敢燒水喝，但房間裏的兩瓶水是不補的。
