All room options were advertised as including a free buffet breakfast. As we were staying over christmas this was a large part of our decision to book the hotel. The owner refused to give us breakfast despite accepting that they wrote the advertising description, and admitting that this was a common issue. When we asked them to correct the false advertising (seeing as they clearly refused to provide what was promised) they simply shrugged and said they could. They became agressive when pressed about the issue and left my wife in tears. Worst experience on our entire europe trip.
