位置再方便不過了，就在火車站一下車往前走。幾步就能從酒店的後門進入酒店，當然我們第一次不太瞭解，還要出站繞到了酒店的前門，當然距離也不遠就是了。旁邊就是纜車站，想坐纜車，真的太方便了，酒店有纜車的折扣。但是，當我們向前台詢問的時候，給了一個二維碼，不知道是不是因為國內手機號的原因使用國內的網絡進入不了這個二維碼的網站沒法使用折扣。服務員的服務態度不太好，尤其是一個白女服務員，另外一個服務員人不錯，幫我們換電話卡，但當然最後也沒有成功就是了。

酒店就在車站對面，非常方便。入住了面對湖的房間，有個小陽台，從那往外看的風景非常漂亮。同行朋友原本入住面山房間，跟服務人員協調後，有幫他們換成面湖的房間，服務品質很好！

酒店太棒了! 工作人員非常親切,真誠。讓我立即以大大的微笑感到歡迎,並確保一切都好。設施/服務有一個完整的廚房。共用廁所和淋浴總是乾淨。客房牀很舒服,羽絨被讓你感覺就像睡在雲上一樣。位置離Voss Sentrum一個火車站,酒店週邊區域很寧靜, 裝飾我喜歡走廊和房間裏展示的所有物品。它看起來像一個博物館! 咖啡樓下有很溫馨的咖啡可以看電視或在木火旁熱身,他們家有蛋糕,甜甜圈咖啡... 我絕對想再去那裏。當我回到挪威時,這個地方就是我想去的地方!!!
