設施：設施維持的很好，雖然好像有十年的歷史但是看起來不會很舊，不知道有沒有重新裝修過，入住的，開會的都不少 衞生：衞生做的很乾凈，沒有問題，對得起Hyatt品牌 環境：內部環境很Ok，門外大環境不好也沒辦法，風沙大，灰塵多，但是酒店裡麪維持的很好。在印度每個酒店好像進入都要安檢，這是比較不習慣的 服務：服務沒問題，特別好，值得是五星級酒店

辦理入住前需要過酒店安檢，因為機器的原因造成包從安檢機上掉下來，包裏整瓶香水破損，酒店經理及時處理，安排工作人員去當地同品牌專賣店買了一瓶新的做補償，工作人員認真負責，房間安靜衞生，出行方便！距離機場20分鐘路程！

酒店乾淨，安全，是我們出差的不二之選。

被子太臟了

大変綺麗でサービスの良いホテルでした。 朝食もバラエティ豊かで美味しかったです。 また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。

I booked for my parent. The hotel offered a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is closed to the airport its around 20 minutes by uber taxi. I got room with river view which is nice, and room style is look like Japanese. All facilities are good except one thing you should upgrade your TV to Android TV instead because all channels inside are Indian with Hindi language. It's better to have channel either Netflix, HBO, Disney and Amazon Prime inside and we can sync from our mobile phone. Breakfast is 80% vegie & 20% non-vegie not much variety which is fine because I can order "Bacon and Egg". Location: The hotel a bit outside the city it takes around 20-25 minutes to Nexus and Palladium Shopping Mall.

Подняли уровень номера до сьюта с ванной, номер хорош, чисто прилично, умеют отстирывать куркуму от белых простыней, куча воды бутылированной. Чемоданы в номер не занесли, хотя в Индии обычно их отбирают насильно, может это особенность дорогого индийского отеля или Гуджарата. Также, не отвели до нужного лифта, в итоге в ночи мотались по фойе и катались на лифтах. Завтрак - разочарование, достаточно скудный для пятерки, в основном индийская еда, в бизнес зале аэропорта ахмедабада и то интереснее был выбор блюд. Итого: цена качество хуже чем в Дубае за ту же цену.

Great hotel, great service. No complaints except that the King river view suite did not have a bathtub, the mirrors were stained / scratched in the bathroom, and a small amount of equipment was clearly falling apart. But everything was neat and clean!

Staff is excellent, Monika who was in charge of my room kept it clean and orderly. Location is inconvenient for walking around. Breakfast is wonderful. Room tends to get a little musty when the A/C is left off (damp air stays in the room).

Customers received feedback about the lack of professionalism from the staff. They did not pick up my customer while I had previously booked. They compensated by dropping off but it seems they also forgot this information. My guests complained a lot and said they would never return to that hotel because of the lack of professionalism. I don't believe that I booked a customer for a high amount of money and this happened to a big brand. The hotel is really bad
