太吵了，由於其他顧客大聲粗魯，大部分時間都在吵鬧

非常吵鬧，有很多警察在那裡，地板上有吵鬧、污跡斑斑的床上用品和耳環等，表明它還沒有被清理過。附設的酒吧非常吵鬧而且很麻煩。

從蘇格蘭開車往返需要一間單人房 位置好。可悲的是，他們的另一家酒店經歷了更好的日子，雖然很簡單，但很乾淨！ 淋浴時明顯的黴菌從來都不好，即使是少量。 房間門周圍的縫隙讓光線進入。 沒有床頭燈－荒謬！ 上方，後方停車

The staff were very friendly, room & beds were clean but a little sparse & needing some renovation. The breakfast was lovely, plentiful & made to order, choice of cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, tea & coffee. The only downside was the boom booming of the music from the bar going on to the early hours.

I had stayed here for three nights last weekend and it wasn't enjoyable this has a bar downstairs where you can really hear upstairs when I came to the room no towels and the guy at the reception asked me if I had checked in the bathroom!?? I was like ‘hey do u think I will ask you if I found one!!’ It's just a single room but I can smell the smoke (cigarettes) from outside and kids are running and shouting like ***!! It's cheap deserved what you paid but it's not clean even the bed sheet is brownish already. I'm just being honest 🙄

AVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely disgusting.... booked here as an over night stop on our way to Scotland arrived about 8.30pm we paid 65 pound for an on suite on booking in we got told we need to pay another £20pound as we've been under charged as we booked a twin room but on email we booked a family room we argued and shown email and he except the email. Entering the room wow not in a good way I've a child who was tired 😴 so I was in a dilemma so I tried find somewhere else and there was nothing local so we had to stay never ever again. Loud music playing till after 1am kids running up and down the corridor screaming knocking on doors .... I will provide pictures I've tired to speak to someone and thier attitude was I've taken you money either stay or leave save ur hard earned cash and by a tent as it be cleaner

Me and my friend stayed at this place last weekend 6th july 2012 the hotel seemed clean the staff were helpful but one both our single beds where dirty the bedding had not been washed for a long time i slept in my clothes on top of the covers the mattress was broken on my friends bed and when she woke up the next morning she was itching all over and had a rash on her arms she went to the doctors two days later who told her there must have been something in the bed biting her this is a discrace as the rest of the hotel looked clean and well kept i would not recommend this place to anyone unless they take more hygiene care towards there beds my friend was worried she had caught scabies but the doctor told her it was not scabies but she had been bitten all over by something

If you want a good nights sleep - forget it. I am currently lying awake in one of their rooms at 1am, having to listen to the wailing voices coming from the karaoke in the bar below. The microphone speaker sounds like it's set to maximum. A member of staff kindly wedged the door open, the one that separates the bar from the rooms, just to ensure nobody could sleep. Thanks for that. I have closed it now, just to deaden the din a bit. And what time does the karaoke finish? 2.30am. Excellent. I didn't need to sleep anyway. The cheap accommodation is as you would expect from the price, so I have no issues there. The staff are generally friendly enough. But I would NEVER use this place again. I would sooner pay more to ensure a good nights sleep.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD We booked the roadhouse in carlisle cumbria and it was disgusting. No signs of cleaning done, mouldy shower, blood urine and excrement stains on the bedding and mattress, cigarette ends and previous guests belongings under the bed with a lot of rubbish, grease stained curtains, I could go on and have plenty of pictures to prove it. My wife and I slept in our car it was that bad and when we asked for a full refund for our room and partial for the other 2 rooms we had booked, we received a minimal refund DO NOT STAY HERE

It was a place to crash and that was it. The staff were nice and friendly enough, and we had good laugh on the karaoke but the rooms.....wowsers.....the carpets an beds are about 30 years old. Awful smells, no amount of sauvage could hide it. seen more mould in the shower tray than on rotten cheese. stained sheets. Couldnt bring myself to sleep under the covers, can understand why price of room was so cheap. Lack of maintenance but like i said it was a place to crash after a full day of drinking.

Don't do it. The cheek of these people to charge someone 50 quid a night and sit there and collect this time and time again for this when it clearly hasn't been cleaned EVER. No way after the smell in the bathroom and mould was I lying on that bed. I was out of there sharpish and paying for a decent hotel. Dirty carpet. Unlockable door from inside. Why has the chain been taken off the door?
