很久沒有寫評價了，這次一定要給大家推薦一下（我住的有獨衞大床房）。 1.位置便利，煙台站南步行六七分鐘就到了，而且樓下就有很多便宜好吃的各種美食（早中晚餐都有），大家一定不要點外賣，直接去吃。而且附近有幾個大型商超，騎共享電車或者租個電動車哪裡都能去（煙台山近距離沒有停車點，注意一下地圖提前還車）。 2.房間非常乾淨。感覺這家店用的消毒清洗液有點香味，三件套柔軟無異味無可疑污點。房間無灰塵，拖鞋柔軟輕便乾淨（某些連鎖酒店的拖鞋都很差勁，洗澡都不想穿。這家店雖然沒有一次性拖鞋，但提供的拖鞋很舒服乾淨） 3.設備還可以。主要指熱水供應充足，無異味（漱口嚐了下哈哈哈），三月底來天氣正好沒開空調，不過看着很新應該也不錯。而且房間還有免費用的插排，太方便了。 4.床很軟。沒想到是軟床，雖然我習慣硬床但誰不喜歡軟的呢。 5.房間小。這是優點，雖然小但是完全足夠放下兩個大行李箱而且衞生間是獨立隔斷的，還有桌子可以吃飯。 6.服務好。幾位阿姨都很好溝通，很想和她們聊聊天因為看名字感覺店主是朝鮮朋友但是不太好意思hhh 7.物價低。百歲山三塊，瓶裝可樂三塊。作為二級市的火車站和幾大商超中賓館裏的物價讓我都想多付點，我老家縣城都沒這麼便宜。 8.大部分房間沒有向室外的窗户，晚上睡覺很暗，很安穩缺點（雞蛋裡挑骨頭了，我覺得不影響） 1.門不隔音。因為是木門所以如果旺季人很多的話，可能會影響睡眠質量 2.水龍頭開關把手有些生銹。可能是之前的客人碰掉漆後銹的，不影響使用 3.一次性洗漱用品裏沒有毛巾更沒有浴巾。這個可以接受，大部分店家都不提供。總之，我是非常推薦這家店的。遇到一家晚上能放心貼膚睡覺，附近美食眾多交通便利重點是很便宜的店，我認為是大學生窮遊首選了

到達當天很晚了，還有工作人員等着迎接我們，交代注意事項，給我們房間鑰匙。房間很乾凈，居然還有管線機和按摩椅。一進房間讓我震驚的是五月初的天氣這裏居然還要開暖空調，讓我心暖的是這裏為我們在我們到之前提前為我們開好了暖空調，一晚睡下來事實證明確實需要。民宿位於進島大橋主路左手邊，距離大橋很近。本想着五一交通管制如果打不到車的情況下還可以步行出來，結果多慮了，我是晚上打車進島，沒有交通管制一路暢通，下午非出島高峯很容易就滴滴叫到了出租車，因為靠近大橋，司機師傅剛進島送了客人，順便就接了我們的單，距離出島方向近的優勢就體現出來了。旁邊就有租電動車的店，租車也很方便，還有燒烤店。又因為不是在那幾個網紅打卡點附近，出行比較方便。

衞生比自己想的要好一些，沒有想的那麼差，老闆的服務非常好，很熱心，在51演唱會期間沒有大漲價已經非常好了。一晚也就幾十塊錢。不過沒有基本的毛巾等等，設施方面有待加強。

近年翻新過的酒店，對面有免費的公共停車場，在原蓬萊縣城的老城區，樓下是老城登州農貿市場，改造過的市場比較乾淨，不會發出氣味。身處鬧市，但客房住宿安靜。附近有很多市民消費的飯店，出行可以掃哈嘍單車，連鎖酒店服務規規矩矩合乎標準，一次性杯子和毛巾浴巾。值得誇耀的是床墊非常舒服，個人體感枕頭太高太硬（無備選枕頭）。花灑的質量差，水壓大，但是出水很不均勻（太滋水）。建議更換花灑。總體滿意。

位於一進養馬島民宿比較集中的區域，門臉很醒目，一眾民宿中脱穎而出，房內空間很大，環境、衞生也沒失望，兩張大床，很適合四口之家，一出門就是租電動車點，非常方便，民宿無餐食，但有一家合作的飯店可以把點的飯菜送到房間來，味道也不錯。女老闆阿左是個很爽利的人，開車進島、租電動、點餐等都幫着弄，另一位女老闆人也很好，忘了問名字了。總之對於我一個挑剔的人來説，這次養馬島之行選這家民宿是滿意的。最後兩個建議：房內加幾把小椅子或凳子，衞生間加掛毛內的地方。
