英巴卡迪諾度假村(Embarcadero Resort)

Nothing on my reservation said condo and that was their reason for no elevator. Two main entrance lights were out and they only replaced the small bulb. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, coffee cups weren’t replaced, shower was dirty around the base. The stairs to main floor were too narrow. Pathway to restaurant wasn’t lit all the way, dangerous. Parking was good. Walkable to Old Town and around marina.

It was very nice! The room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice and took care of things right away when asked. It was quiet and a spectacular view. The rates were really reasonable!

Amazing view of the bay. Everything was great like normal. Even had a Christmas card on our bed signed by all the employees.

At check-in we were treated VERY disrespectful. The lady at the check-in counter treated us as if we not welcome. Simple question as to getting a boat slip or where to park our boat trailer she snapped back a response with no real directions as to where to proceed. She needs to find a new job or the Embarcadero is going to continue to get pour responses.

The view of the bay was spectacular -- the living room and balcony looked right out at the bridge. Many of the furnishings were nice -- good appliances, sinks/faucets, etc. However, the walls were quite thin and we were easily able to hear the people upstairs, who weren't being particularly loud. Also, the bedroom didn't have a functional heating source so it got rather cold and there weren't any extra blankets.

Only one small wall heater. Not enough for the entire room and can’t control room temp.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish the pool and hot tub was open later.

The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The view is amazing. I was happy with the property but be warned that the walls are ridiculously thin. We heard every word our neighbors were saying at 10:30 at night. We heard every door slam since they apparently don't know how to close a door without slamming. It made for a very annoying night. It was hard to tell exactly which room the noise was coming from due to the layout of the building otherwise I would have been knocking on a door. I complained at the front desk the next morning and they must have figured out which unit it was because that night was peaceful. The young lady at the desk was so apologetic and very helpful. All in all a really nice stay even with the inconsiderate annoying neighbors.

The layout of the buildings is unique and cool. Great view of the Bay. Our unit was very cozy and convenient. The one big negative is that the towel rod fell off the wall as my husband reached for it from the shower. He fell to the floor!
